Awesome time with friends & family on wing night. Service was excellent, especially given they were super busy with 50 cent wings. The menu is American style with great selections for all. Highly recommend.

Crappy. Under staffed. Waited. No food or drink. There’s only so much time you’re willing to wait.

There were five tables occupied, we made number six, so this certainly was not during a rush. The two waitresses both looked at us as we waited for service. After waiting for 15 minutes, one came over and apologized because they thought the other was going to take care of us. We don’t mind waiting when the place is hopping, but not after you make eye contact when both are one table away. Point of reference- proof of no service is evident when there are no menus, silverware, or drinks on the table.
The wings were grossly overcooked as the skin had peeled back on itself, the meat was dry and crunchy.
We ordered a pitcher of beer, but we were advised to buy bottles instead because they were having issues with their draft beer.
Our waitress was kind enough to put the game we were interested in on one of the three tvs on the closest wall. Unfortunately, the picture was fuzzy and distorted.
We always loved their food and service for years. At one time, had the BEST wings. We were regulars up to three months ago when we walked out after 20 minutes of sitting at a table without service. We were hoping that a second chance would have proven that everyone has an off-day. That does not seem to be the case.
Today proved that quality food, service, and environment have gone by the wayside.

Fantastic as always!! Our server was great, he was attentive and polite! He proactive brought my second drink for the BOGO happy hour!!! Can't beat the drink specials. Had a few delicious appetizers too.

Brenda over charged me by 22$ and then rushed me off the phone everytime I tried to call and get my refund. She robbed me and her drinks she made for me at the bar weren't great at all. I'd avoid this place.

The staff needs to learn more about service dogs. First I was told they needed a vest. My dog is certified. Then I was told the dog needed to be contained. That is not correct.Service dogs according to the government, do not need vests and do not need to be contained by a carrier. Federal law permits services dogs in a restaurant but not the kitchen area. Again, They do no need to be contained. You can only ask two question to the disabled person. Is the animal required because of a disability and what task does it preform. No documentation is necessary. Remember lets not be rude to your customers because of this issue. One day you may need help with a disability weather it be physical or psychiatric.

This is hands-down one of the best spots I’ve been to in a long time—especially in Port Charlotte. The flavor is on point, and honestly, everything about this place is a must-try. If you skip it, you’re only cheating yourself. The food hits on every single level, and they’ve got it all unlocked—from the service to the plates. I can’t recommend it enough.

The clam chowder soup on the menu was not being served, and there were other items that they were not serving disappointed. They only had chili.
