Sirloin was real tuff, no seasoning on it and cold inside. It was like they took a steak out of the fridge, threw it on grill and turned over for a second.

My sirloin steak was not edible! Sent it back & second one was as bad as the first. Super dry with not a drop of juice. I had to use two hands to cut thru the strings of muscle tissue (I assume that's what it was). I ordered medium rare but couldn't chew it at all. I have liked many of the menu items and have been there many time but it won't be on my favorites list any more. The waiter said "I'm sorry". No one else did & we paid full price. I guess we're lucky they didn't make us pay for the second one they brought out! We left it on the table. Let's hope they didn't give it to someone else!

Our waitress (S) was horrible..she did not know what a pino nior was, I asked for sweet potato fries, received a sweet potato. I had my empty water glass on edge of table, never received a refill, she gave me a box for my left overs, but took my plate before I had a chance to take my food , however the waitress Nevaeh at the table next to us was very helpful
First time visiting this place, staff was very welcoming as we enter. Food was amazing. Will definitely be back.Parking: It's located inside of a shopping mall, there's parking lots of it.

My family and I were told that it was a 15 minute wait... more like 30 minutes. It took 15 minutes for our waitress to address us. The it took another 10 plus minutes to take our order. After we order it took our food almost 40 minutes to arrive. We were even missing some of our food. We never seen our waitress after she took our order. Also, the food was not all great. The draft beer wasn't the good either.

The food was great my wife loved it but our service was not so good. I ordered a side of Broccoli that I never got. Sat waiting for someone to come to us for 15 minutes to take our drink order but I will say they did come out fast. We were there for over an hour and our waitress only came to check on us 3 times and honestly they were not that busy. We will go back but hopefully will have better service.
