So pleased that things are back to normal. Cracker Barrel is a place you can always count on for a great tasting meal.

Service was wonderful and prompt. Food was spectacular, especially the new menu choices. Not salty and felt great on the taste buds. They have a hard working crew at this location; filled with welcoming smiles.

We had the best waitress. Very kind and attentive to our needs. She answered all of our many questions. It does have the new paint they were talking about and it really looks and feels nice. They kept the old time photos and gift shop the same. This gives the inside a great feel and you can see better . They do have some new and different items on the menu and kept some of the old standbys as well biscuits cornbread mash potatoes turnip greens pinto beans green beans. My favorites all tasted great

Still the same old fashioned Cracker Barrel-for now. Hope it stays that way. No reason to keep going if they make it looks like an IHOP…….

I normally can’t finish all my food but I did yesterday you’ve got to try the Luisiana Shrimp skillet it was to die for so delicious seasoned to perfection!! The drinks were really good too I got a strawberry and a peach mimosa and they gave me a little buzz lol I gave service 3 stars because we order fries pickles as an appetizer and she never put them in and when I asked where they were she was like oh I never put them in and I’m like ok are we allowed to still buy them like cmon lady if you messed up fine but don’t ask if I still want them when I’m literally telling you I still want them. But other than that it was a great experience

We have dined at CB one or two times a week for over a decade and on a regular basis for over twenty years. Unfortunately the prices have gone up every few months while the menu choices have become less like country comfort food and more like common restaurant food. The wait staff is generally friendly but they can never get the order right the first time. We always have to ask again for things like jelly, honey or extra lemon. They NEVER remember. But last evening was the worst. The staff was cleaning the dining room while we were dining. They were banging chairs with the brooms and mops. The noise was really distracting and simply rude. There was no manager in sight. If she couldn’t hear the noise, then she must have been secluded in her office. It seems like Cracker Barrel has lost its ability to provide simple country style food in a relaxed country style atmosphere. CB needs a competitor.

This Cracker Barrel has never had a good management team. We only went this time because we were bought a gift card. It absolutely was not the waitresses fault. This particular day they had just started serving the 4-6 pm early dine specials. Because she was a good waitress she went back to the kitchen to see if they had any of these items we wanted to order. My husband had to completely change his order and one item I wanted was also not ready. If I was the manager I would do my best to make sure the items on that list were ready to be served. Other times we had a waitress that did not check with the kitchen and then we the food comes up they have to come out and tell you some of your items are available. I did appreciate the fact that she checked first. I think that should be a good practice for all servers. I have got burnt food there. Just always a bad experience.

Great servers, my family and me love eating at your establishment. Only thing there was a customer who walked over pass our table and stated that my son 18month was loud and disturbing guest. My son was not crying out loud or nothing like that, maybe a wine for bread or juice but obviously he can’t talk so he baby talks. Beside that we love you guys
