This place used to cook really well, I ate here many times and loved it. Recently I noticed a change with the food, I don't know if you guys got a new cook or anything but my burger buns would get burnt a few times, sometimes fries would be very salty.

Girl who brought out our food was not at all friendly. Actually, she was rude. The hamburger was not even warm enough to melt the cheese, and they only gave us half an order of french fries.
Been eating at Culver's for years. Got a mushroom Swiss burger basket to go. Got in my car, took it out of the bag, and the grease and butter were literally dripping out of the wrapper before even opening it. Tried to eat it anyway since is was $11 and could only take 2 bites. Bun was completely saturated and the bag was also soaked thru. Threw the whole thing out and went home and changed my outfit and had a PB&J. I'm not a fussy customer but this was excessive.
Terrible service…. I ordered an online pick up order for myself and my wife, my wife has a significant dairy allergy and this was relayed to Culver’s staff over the phone after placing the order online. When I got home it became obvious that my wife’s meal was completely wrong and was covered with cheese and butter, despite specifically requesting no dairy. Not only that but the sweet tea that she ordered was in fact not sweet tea but root beer! It’s almost unbelievable how bad this order was butchered.
So I called the location and spoke to Daniel, the manager over the phone who basically refused to help me or refund my order. He claimed that refunding the money to my card is against their policy, also stated he couldn’t remake the order because the store was closing shortly. His only offer was to deliver a coupon through the postal service. Unfortunately I’m on vacation and don’t live near by. I’m thoroughly disappointed in this experience and can’t believe the total lack of attention to detail by the Culver’s staff.

I went to Culver’s today (10/21) for lunch and was extremely disappointed with my food. I ordered a hamburger with mayo and ketchup, instead I was given a cheeseburger with no condiments. Not really a big deal, thankfully I found some packets at work. But the worst part was the mac & cheese – I wish I’d taken a picture of. It had clearly been microwaved in the same cup multiple times as the ring of cheese was about two inches above the actual macaroni and the cup was greasy. I brought it back to show staff and the cashier I spoke to insisted that’s how it always looks which I find hard to believe. He did ask if I wanted something else but between that and my incorrect burger (which was mentioned) I didn’t want any more food from this location. His response was “okay, fine” and he walked away from me. My co-workers and I frequent this location often as it’s nearby our office but we all agreed after today we won’t be going back for awhile.
