I've been to this Dairy Queen Grill & Chill location well over 20 times - generally for treats (over the course of the last year)! This being said, I've never had a negative experience and I've been to this location in the afternoon, dinner hours, and evening time all day of the week and weekend.

The food is always good and well prepared. It is an adequate temperature and portion. The staff is always friendly and helpful; although you can sometimes tell they're swamped and stressed about this (which is completely reasonable and understandable) their attitude isn't affected in any negative manner, ever! Great people working here!

The prices are fair and the service is quick, pleasant, and accurate. I generally walk up or order on the app ahead of time and walk up to the pick up window for my order. I highly recommend this Dairy Queen location for your sweet treat needs!

disgusting, WAYY too artificial, took a long time, expensive, and gross. Never again will I come here frozen hot chocolate taste like cardboard, chicken tenders are nasty, and the whole restaurant sucks.

The servers here are fun with good personalities. The service is fast and well-run. The kids do a great job!

Only four stars, because I am a chocolate malt kind of guy. Their chocolate malt taste more like regular milk than a chocolate malt

Update, 2025-03-19 : Had the 1/3 lb bacon double stack, excellent, changed from 4 stars to 5 stars

We are a group of older ladies and we meet at DQ about once a week. We love going there. Employees are so nice and the food is great. You have many things to choose from on the menu. SEE YOU NEXT WEEK!!!!

Normally very good but today the vegetables were brown and no good. Called the manager didn’t seem to care. Just said and ok.

Update as you can read in this thread. They asked me to contact them. But it only takes you to their web page and asks for information you won’t have anymore. No wonder it’s gone downhill. I’ll change my rating to 1 after seeing how corporate is just as bad.

I love the fries and drinks what i would do to make the restaurant better is I would build a stage somewhere and I’d buy a microphone and microphone stand and karaoke equipment and would have karaoke there I’d give it 5 stars for that if they do that if they want to renovate

Great service and the food is always peefect. All other DQ"s should take notes from this location, they never disappoint.
