Lat week I ordered an order of 16 piece cinnamon roll bites, yet it wasn't in my order. Ordered today, gf went to pickup order and she told the guy they forgot the Icing on the previous order. His response was 16 piece cinnamon bites don't get a complimentary icing. What kinda crap is that? Like ordering a 4 piece chicken nuggets at McDonald's with zero sauce. My order of 32 Cinnabons did have one icing, but I feel like the dude at the store should have givng my gf an extra icing, especially since the screenshot of Domino's app ordering clearly states that 16 piece cinnamon bites get 1 icing. I'll drive an extra few miles to another Domino's unless I hear back about this. If I had gone to pick the pizzas up at about 4:30 p.m today, Sunday November 16th, 2025 like my gf, I would have called out which ever worker blatantly lied about about 16 piece cinnamon bites not having a complimentary icing included like the screenshot I'm about ready to try and upload attached to this.
