I used to drink dunkin donuts every morning for 15 years but about 2 years ago after having to time and time again toss my 5 dollar iced caramel latte in the ? because it was so nasty. They just never made it consistent. They don't train them anymore correctly. Today my daughter talked me into trying the cookie butter one. We ordered 2 medium drinks and we got 1 large 1 medium completely nasty. Then my daughter really wanting me to try this delicious drink stopped by a totally different dunkin donuts down the road and they bless their hearts attempted to make 1 of our drinks drinkable but failed sadly.
They aren't a full service dunkin donuts. I'll continue to go to Starbucks as they are consistent with recipes. They stand behind their name. DUNKIN DONUTS ISNT THE SAME AS THE ONE THAT I FELL IN LOVE WITH.

This location has had its ups and downs, just when I think the service is getting better, it goes downhill again. I come in the evening and get two large hot coffees with extra cream sugar and french vanilla. For the last week they have been ice cold, bitter, and had no french vanilla. If I wanted cold coffee I would have purchased an Iced coffee ☕ also they promote the dunkalatte but never had it in stock. My daughter and I looked forward to seeing Emily everyday, because she knew my car and would always have my stuff ready to go before I even got to the speaker! I'll still go, and microwave my coffees at home I guess! : (

I’ve come to this location multiple times and each time it’s the same thing, a long wait. I’ve had patience and I’ve dealt with it, but this morning the employee acted like the customers inside were a burden. “It’s easier if you use the kiosk. We’re short staffed and drowning in here.” I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere. If you want customers to use the kiosk then have all the options on there. You can’t order what you want so the customer doesn’t get what they want and then when the employee is asked to change it they are pissed off. Your system is broken. Why don’t you turn the donut case around and let us get our own donuts. I’ve never been treated this way at Starbucks.

I came in on Thursday at 12:30 noon and all I had was $100 cash on me and after ordering my food I’m told “we don’t take bills over $20” so I had to leave and go break it and come back my ice coffee is somehow already melted and watered down my avocado toast is upside down and I had to run inside bc it was busy when I pulled back up I was late to work when the managers should have enough $ to break $100 or a marker to check for counterfeit or whatever the reason was, no other places decline my money so it was just annoying also I been ordering a chai latte for years and this is the worst it’s ever been watery and not good ? they also fired my friend who was a very hard worker just completely unprofessional all around

They ran out of a lot different donut options in the middle of the day. Service is just slooooooow. When I got home, the donits I did get were half stale.

Love coming here this location is close by and has improved so much on food and beverages, however I just had such an unwelcoming experience with an attitude from the manager Dean for no reason.. I come to the window and he tells me I need to speak up next time and that I need to let them know if I’m using Apple Pay. I completely understand but his tone of voice was as if he was talking down on me and it was not necessary and made me feel bad. I even told him I know you’re probably stressed working in fast food but there’s no need to give me an attitude. He never apologized he just said he wasn’t giving me an attitude and just restated what he said in the beginning. I know what he said wasn’t rude at all, there was just an attitude displayed through my entire experience. If that’s how a manager can talk to a customer who was quiet and friendly I can’t even imagine how he talks to his staff.. Makes me feel uncomfortable to come back.
