Come Here every day. If you order a sandwich on a bagel and they don't have one? They won't tell you. They will just put it on whatever bread they want to and send it your way. I also notice extreme customer service for certain groups of individuals and absolute rudeness towards others.....im guessing based on appearance? Im not sure because alot of things i see here just dont make sense. Kind of like the boston cream i ordered a couple of days ago and got it upside down in the bag...... and it consumed most of the frosting before it even reached my hands. As I stated before, i come here every day and the tables are never clean. Not one day was there not debris on the tables. Come on dunkin ......you have to be better than only being worried about sales .

I’ve come here multiple times and have never received such rude service. At 8:50am we came to take our order sadly we had a bit of lengthy one due to me needing to grab my card. Not only was the girl in the window rude and disrespectful but she couldn’t even remain her composure when having to be semi patient. As someone who’s worked in fast food this is honestly a day ruined and makes me not want to come back to this Dunkin. Not to mention our drinks were made incorrectly.

Horrible! Such rude workers my grandma ordered a matcha and the lady gave her a macchiato and when she told the lady that’s not what she ordered the lady went “well you ordered a macchiato and that’s what we gave you” in the rudest tone. Never coming back

It is definitely improved, and I will start going back there again!
I have to say before the remodel, the staff was very unfriendly and overall hard to communicate with. However, now the staff is very friendly and always accommodating whenever they make a mistake ( which is hardly ever). They go above and beyond and I really love this Dunkin now!
