I usually like Dunkin' Donuts coffee but today, I came home took a sip and literally tried to make it taste better and had to dump it all out. Worst of all, it was $7 for a medium. The coffee, I got an ice latte, it literally tasted like someone had old coffee from the morning time that was burnt and it was so bitter had no mocha swirl tasted all to it. I've always had this drink several times from other Dunkin' Donuts, and it always tastes good. I got it from this one, it literally left such a bad taste in my mouth I think they just dumped in old coffee or something never again. I hadn't been to Dunkin' Donuts in so long and it Sounded good, but unfortunately, severely disappointed.It's just this one.It seems like in poor Charlotte.It always just tastes terrible.I would avoid if possible and try a different dunkin' donuts

I’m not going to lie. I have been to quite a few Dunkin’ Donuts locations and this is one of the best. They always get your food out hot. They always put the right ratio of ice in your drinks. These girls work hard at this location and I love coming here.

Coffee often isnt mixed with loads of sugar on bottom.. breakfast sandwich is always cold or burnt never just right. Hashbrowns always taste old and soggy..... used to be my go to dunkin. The PG location seems to be more consistent..

I was really in the mood for a bagel this morning and got the $6 meal with the hash browns. Wrong choice hash browns were so burnt they were harder than hockey pucks definitely will not buy from this Dunkin ever again

I like to come and unwind in the lobby for 30 minutes. Except for today- when the girl behind the counter made me so UNWELCOME. She was openly bitching about me because I took my drink sitting on the counter. When I got up and asked what I did wrong - she said I violated policy. How about offering my drink that is sitting there? And of course the whole team rallied against me because it’s us vs them. Get a different job then- you don’t belong in customer service. And no one apologized, not even the store manager.

First off I love Dunkin lols but hate the messed up orders. I quit going to the one closest to me due to them not getting my order right. So drove the extra 8 minutes one way just so I didn’t have to deal with the wrong order and guess what wrong order again. :( I will never understand how making a everything bagel with extra cream cheese is so hard. It’s like a 1-8 trips right ratio. But lessons learned will now completely check everything before pulling off.

Ordered a Large latte with cold foam , noticed the screen said medium so I corrected the cashier she acknowledged it said she fixed it then gave me a medium latte with no cold foam but I was charged for the cold foam and it’s on my sticker on the cup also ordered a macchiato and said “4 total shots of espresso in it please” she repeated the exact thing back to me and gave me 4 shots of caramel. Already had issues here before thought I’d give it a try again because we love Dunkin at our shop and this one’s close but at this point we’re getting charged for things we’re not receiving and asking for our orders to be fixed with out them being fixed save your money and energy.
