First off I love Dunkin lols but hate the messed up orders. I quit going to the one closest to me due to them not getting my order right. So drove the extra 8 minutes one way just so I didn’t have to deal with the wrong order and guess what wrong order again. :( I will never understand how making a everything bagel with extra cream cheese is so hard. It’s like a 1-8 trips right ratio. But lessons learned will now completely check everything before pulling off.
I come there every morning before work and love the whole crew, Bobby is amazing and always so nice to us snd make sure our foods right as well as the drinks ! Thank you Dunkin team
While getting my Dunkin order this morning, they forgot my sandwich. I didn’t even realize it, but then the employee ran after my car to give me my food. He went above and beyond and was so nice! He deserves a raise, I wish I knew his name but he was working the drive thru. I was extremely impressed with his customer service.
