I always order on the app and just swing in and pick up my order because I get points and in app specials. I love their vanilla headlight donut. I typically get a mocha latte, but sometimes find a special I like. I had an issue this week with the app and had to contact support. Corporate mishandled it, but Val at this location stepped in and took care of it for me. I'll definitely be back soon. Thank you!

Rude and completely unprofessional. I went to this location and had the worst experience. The man in charge not only corrected my English accent but blamed me and his coworker for getting my order wrong. He seemed angry and his was speaking at a high volume, to both, me and this lady who works there. English is my second language and I usually get around pretty well, but this man insisted he did not understand me. The lady understood me without trouble. He simply did not want to work or make an effort. I had to leave with my wrong order. If you are the manager and reading this, please watch the video (this happened yesterday 1/26/25 around 1:30pm) because this man’s behavior is unacceptable.

I tried to give them another chance. Every time I order they mess it up. Today I ordered a bagel sandwich and I received a croissant. Why would they replace a bagel with a croissant?! I don’t think I’ve ever been able to go to this Dunkin and get what I asked for the first time! Horrible service don’t recommend!
The person that was making the coffee had no shoes and was wearing stained socks. Stuff all over the floor and spilled drinks everywhere. That place needs a real manager.

They have staffing issues sometimes but that doesn't bother me, there are 2 men that work there that are absolutely great. Funny, polite and personable. I wish I would've gotten their names. They deserve recognition.

The customer service sucks. A rude guy behind the counter gave me the middle finger and attitude when I wasn't happy with my order. Rather then tell me they were out of what it takes to make my coffee, they screwed my order up and treated me like a scum bag. The manager didn't even do anything about it.

Faulty management to the point of viral, bacterial contamination "water kills bacteria; take it up with health inspector," unsympathetic and slavedriving expectations upon single-staff or understaffed team, unrealistic expectations and unfair compensation (this store has already LOST such a case) ... the list goes on. Store will be quickly shut down.Cockroach, fruitfly, mold, infestations surrounding food storage. Expired milk regularly used and decaf is substituted frequently for caffeine.Employees are trained to lie to customers and combine allergens. Threatening and dangerous customers are never treated accordingly.No benefits are afforded, not even staff meal.
