this is a long overdue review. Back in September the El Guero team catered my daughters last minute wedding of 60+. We greatly appreciate this hard working family and their delicious food! They have been our go to trucks for years and love that Paul and Daisy now have their own special truck. They did an amazing job at the wedding and highly recommend them.

This review is a long time coming! My condo community does monthly food truck event that park in our tennis overflow parking area. This time it was El Guero Tacos, I'm a sucker for delicious Mexican food , it's my # 2 favorite! My order is usually pretty basic, steak tacos with cilantro and onion with chips and salsa with a side of guacamole, . The guacamole was slightly salty, but still had good a taste and flavor. Taco were good and the corn tortillas fresh.
At this point I have tried everything on their menu. Everything has been delicious! Today I had Carne Asada Fries and Steak tacos! Delicious, great price and excellent service.

Lakes of Tuscana apartment complex had these guys set up the food truck for a day last week. I had a few pastor tacos. Hands down some of the best tacos I’ve had, definitely the best in recent memory. This will have to become on of my regular spots now. The tortillas I honestly wasn’t sure if they were hecha a manos but they were great and the fact that I’m even questioning if they were is a good sign!

Finally had the chance to try these tacos after hearing about them around the city. The owner greeted and served us, food was out in a timely manner. Ordered 3 different tacos, a burrito and a tostada, all were delicious. Ingredients are fresh, you can tell they respect their food because everything was very authentic. Also got a horchata and a watermelon Fresca which were refreshing. There are some tables outside so you can eat there or take it to go. Will definitely be back.
