Very large dining area. The food was very good, hook and ladder subs. Visited on Veterans Day and enjoyed the experience.

The attitude I just received was unacceptable. I just called this restaurant making sure they're open and they are accepting uber eats orders considering Doordash isn't delivering after hurricane Milton. I simply asked to make sure wasn't wasting my time ordering. It's a simple yes or no answer with a smile on your face! Have some compassion.

I ordered the new captains club and all I can say what a joke. I paid $16 for a med sub with chips and drink after rounding up. There’s hardly no meat on the sub and one strip of bacon. And half of the sandwich didn’t have cheese on it.

Food was great but the last 2 times we were there the cashier who took out order was as if I was bothering her ok people have bad days, but she was rude to my wife twice and rude to other white people!? What is the deal, I still understand why people take their own opinions out on others, especially when your at your job, be professional and act as if you want to be treated. Honestly we will think twice about coming back, I'd rather spend the extra money to get jersey mikes subs and have good service than deal with that again.

Very overpriced.

The food was OK, nothing to brag about. Service was not welcoming, not very busy when I went in. It felt uncomfortable as I had to ask how they were doing as they were all staring at me. lol I actually had to ask them if I could place an order to go. I almost felt I offended someone at this joint. Once they were done, they called my name put my to go meal on the counter as I said thank you, the girl turned around no appreciation for my business whats so ever. I won't be back even though it's going to be a convenient location to my office soon.

Me and my mom visit here we both got Italian subs on wheat bread was delicious hot and fresh combo with brownies flaky, chewy, and moist and soft drinks was strong cold and good my favorite part you can pick any flavor on the machine and also used the bathroom before we left very clean atmosphere oh my goodness customer service was A1 top tier It was the same way my Mom used to take me years ago when I was a little girl in Palm beach but I love the port charlotte location it’s local for me family friendly you can either take out dine in take out or delivery

I love firehouse subs but this is by far the worst managed one I’ve ever been to. it’s never busy and they have 7 employees behind the counter but you’re order is always wrong, and even when you order it for 45 min pick up time you’re still waiting 20 to 30 minutes extra for it.

Don't bother trying to use their own gift card as payment for any website or app order. Tried asking the local store for help. Was told you can't use their gift cards on any specials, and any specials can only be redeemed online. So pay full price instore with their own gift cards or order any special online and use your debit/credit card. Other quick serve establishments can handle payment online using their company branded gift cards, why not Firehouse Subs? It is 2024. Sad.
