I went to the Five Guys in Port Charlotte last week and had an amazing experience! I would like to thank Chris the manager for being so helpful. The food was wonderful and Chris went out of his way to make sure everything was good. I wish all the Five Guys had managers like Chris!! You are lucky to have him.

I have never been treated to such great customer service in my life. To start there was this lady yelling at this manager in a black shirt. I later found out his name was Chris. She was beyond a Karen and the way he handeled her astonished me. She threw something at him and everything and he never said a cross word to her. He made she all the customers including her were happy. I wanted to hire this guy for my business because you don’t find good customer service these...

Their food is awesome, but it tends to get pricey. Make sure if there's more than one person going there, order only one medium fries and split it. It's a lot. A large fries would probably feed 4 to 5 people
2022-02-15 : I tried their Bacon Cheese Dog, not bad. Not as good as their burgers though. And as odd as it may sound, but I might like Walmart's Nathan Dogs (in the warmer at self check out) better than 5 Guys Bacon Cheese Dog, not sure yet.
