Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

Staff is great, always look forward to coming to get my favorite beef soup. I swung by Golden Krust the other day to grab some oxtails, and you guys absolutely killed it. Seriously, they were on another level.
I mean, the second they brought the plate out, I could smell that amazing, rich gravy. And the meat? It wasn't just good—it was fall-off-the-bone tender. Every piece was so full of flavor, with all that perfect seasoning. And you know me, I'm all about the sides, and the rice and peas with the cabbage were the perfect combo. It's just a top-notch, soul-warming meal.
Seriously, you gotta let the kitchen know they knocked it out of the park. Keep doing what you're doing!

Our Family has known Michelle for many years, and we have been going to Golden Krust since it opened here in Port Charlotte. My Mom turned 70 years old last week and we had Golden Krust cater our event. Our Family has also had many other events catered in the past from Golden Krust including my wedding. We want to say thank you so much for providing the catering. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting everything. We had rice and peas, brown stew chicken, curry chicken, beef coctail patties and fish. Michelle also has a wide variety of options including jerk chicken pasta, and macaroni and cheese for her catering menu. We truly appreciate your professionalism, attention to detail, and the care you put into making everything run smoothly. You helped make my Mom's special day memorable, and a true success! We will continue to come to this restaurant.

Maybe it's just an off day. I've never had bad experiences with golden krust, but this was one. Jerk chicken meal, the cabbage had no flavor, the jerk chicken was extremely dry and the rice was crunchy in certain clumps. Overall the food tasted like left overs from the day before. The shop just opened up so, this wasn't what I was expecting. Also $20 for a small jerk chicken is robbery. Blessings moving forward 🙏🏾

$19.30 for a small plate of food and no customers service isn’t worth it. Please Don’t support this location! I drove 40 minutes away to be disappointed

went to this establishment about a month ago looked around for a menu but didn't see one thats weird but I ordered 2 jerk chicken lunch specials and 2 waters when my food was ready I went to pay only to realize it was 43.00 dollars 🤔🤔 for 2 luch specials jerk chicken then I realized why they didn't have a menu i paid food was good but definitely not worth almost 50.00......I live in Coral Springs and I order food from golden crust all the time I never paid more than 12.00 per lunch special and Coral Springs is a much more expensive place to live than that area I was shocked....
