Ordered off uber eats. Not only are the pictures incredibly deceptive but I would be EMBARRASSED to serve something that looks worse than dog food. Not to mention it costing $16 for JUST the “sandwich”. The fries I had to pay $2.00 extra for were still half frozen. When I called to let the manager know that his kitchen is sending out poor quality food akin to the fire festival circa 2017 he wasn’t at all understanding and tried to double down and deny a there was an issue. Offered a coupon to replace the sandwich, which I wasn’t even looking for, but I’ll never be dining here ever again. This isn’t a first incident either unfortunately.

My family and I really enjoyed dinner! One order didn't get put in the system but before we realized it, the manager comped the meal for free! We had a party of 9 so it's understandable. The service & food was great! We were tended to regularly and never had to wave a waitress down. Melissa was a wonderful server!

The other day I stopped in for a burger. It was a little undercooked, but I thought nothing of it. The following morning I woke with extreme stomach pains, followed by vomiting. I called asking for the manager to express concerns. A young lady answered and after I told her the reason for my call, she put me on hold. She must have just put the phone on the counter because I could hear muffled discussion with laughter. Then she returned to the phone saying the manager was unavailable, and hung up the phone. If this is their idea of customer care, then my money and yours is better spent elsewhere!

I tell you what, this was the best hooters I've been too. Not only is everyone nice and the service is top notch. All the servers pitch in to run food including the managers and hands down that's the way it should be. Everyone helps you get happy customers and faster turn around. Keep up the good work.
