Ice cream cake was great, but I called ahead several weeks and then the day of to arrange a birthday celebration and they told me they would be prepared (have cake out so it wasn’t frozen solid/table ready/etc). Unfortunately when I arrived they had not prepared and I had a lot of impatient 5 year olds with me ?. The woman was nice but she definitely needed another set of hands.

VERY HIGHLY RECCOMEND!! Just visited with my grandparent for the second time. Unfortunately, the first we couldn't buy anything. I am a big Howard's Hershey's Ice Cream fan. I will not share which is my fav though. Don't want everyone buying and leaving none for me. LOL. On a serious note. The staff is always friendly. The ice cream is to die for. I hate that they've relocated. I don't get there nearly as much as I used to. I also am disappointed they are not honoring the Scoops and Smiles cards any longer. I would have earned a free one this time. However if you noticed I still give them 5 stars for excellence all around.
