We used to get Jets while living in Cape Coral. Upon moving to Lake Suzy we started using this store for our pizza pickup. Food is overpriced but good. Generally the youngsters behind the counter are friendly. Only issue I have is not being able to redeem points. Why advertise and grant bonus points if the ordering app won’t let you use them? Might be time to try alternative pizza joints that are cheaper.

I'm not what happened, I love jets pizza, but last night I got the worst tasting pizza I've ever had, couldn't even eat one peice, I hope this was a one time deal
Ordered delivery a simple round pizza and wings! Called twice after delivery time and told driver was on way! 20 min later it showed up, cold and thick chicago pizza! NOT what I ordered!!! Awful customer service!

We just received what was a large pizza and wings delivered. It was a poor excuse for a large pizza and was cold. The wings weren't hot either. It took an hour for delivery.

The staff is wonderful!! The food is great!!! The only thing missing is that amazing blue cheese dressing!!! That Ken blue cheese I can buy at at store!! Your ranch is amazing!!! Bring back that blue cheese dressing

Recently ordered a pizza and I made a mistake, but the manager Jacob was very helpful and kind in helping me resolve it. I’ve a worked in big box retail management for years, have to say Jacob and his entire staff were the perfect example of customer service!
