I'm the usual take out person although i do fine in occasionally, I really can't say enough good about this establishment and the people that service this area. I'm happy to report I haven't found any dish to be less than pleasing. When change plans on "Joseph's" door I pray it's good change.

Such a shame to be a customer every day between my husband and I literally ordering every day! And the one time I have a problem with them calling this a 15$ chicken sandwich, putting two burnt chicken tenders,between a bun . I even offered for them to keep the money and I would pay for a new meal . A burger instead because the manager kept arguing with me the costumer. about that’s how it is and no they will not make me a new meal . After I offered to pay for a new meal that’s different and him keeping the money . He stated they are closed for delivery around 1:00pm ! Wow ? needless to say there is a great delivery guy there and it’s just the inside staff and manager who need a refresher course on how to treat loyal customers definitely not smart for business. Lost two people over a 15$ messed up sandwich

Everyone has a bad day and we went to lunch on a bad day for them and us! My friend and I ordered 2 of the Reuben specials. The waitress was very nice taking our order. When she brought the sandwiches my friend asked what seasoning was on the fries and were told it's their fries seasoning. Very heavy on black pepper (at least today) my friend doesn't use black pepper and said as much to waitress. Rather than saying let me get you some fries without seasoning she just walked away. The sandwiches tasted fine but were very very thin on the corned beef and sauerkraut. For $10.00+ you expect more than one thin slice of corned beef at least. When we were checked on my friend did tell the waitress about the small portion of meat and kraut. If you aren't happy with what is served don't be afraid to say something and ask for something else.
