I ordered pickup. Spent 80 dollars for a family meal. They gave me the order incomplete, the chicken was heavy on the salt, all mushy and not crunchy at all. I have never had such bad chicken. They were not even busy and they still messed up on the order. Lazy people, bad service.

My husband went over to the register to order food for us for dinner and the lady running the register was incredibly rude to him. She was standing around not doing anything and the other lady was also standing around not doing anything. Then she had a very rude tone with him when he was waiting for over five minutes and she raised her voice at him and told him to wait. The service is absolutely terrible here. Go figure neither were wearing name tags for a reason I suppose. They were even rude to the guy that was DoorDashing and he literally just came in the pick up the order for his delivery.

I'd rather starve on the streets of Port Charlotte before ever going to this establishment again.
Night shift is the worst. Very rude employees and manager. They ignore you and get mad when you have to be loud enough for them to come to the front to help you. Picked up an order for door dash and they gave me the wrong drink. It was supposed to be sugar free pepsi and they gave me a sprite I asked for the right drink and was told oh well that one is no caffeine anyways. Very sad! Day shift is always good though.

Ordered food for pick up around 5:30 for a 6:00 pickup time did not get food until 6:40, there is no reason for it to take that long for food to be finished. As well the employees were not moving with any sense of purpose even though they said they were busy. The dining room was also atrocious looking with the tables not cleaned. You could also clearly see mold around the A/C vent behind the counter as well. There needs to be many improvements done at this location before I even think about heading back here.

Got our order wrong, told us they didn't have one of the things that they let us order, told us to wait in a parking spot for about 15 minutes I then came in and it had been ready for about 10 minutes and it was just sitting there and they didn't bring it out to us. And they still missed the thing they had us replace.

I was very impressed that the food was cooked to Perfection, it is very rare that it's not overcooked this is the first time ,I stopped by this location and I was so pleased the service and the quality of the food was just perfect thank you very much you're really made my meal a lot better than what it usually is I will come back!
