We have been going to this restaurant for many many years and recently within the last year have been visiting more because of their Tuesday pizza, special and their Wednesday special however, in the last two months this facility, their staff and their food has dramatically taking a drop. Apparently a new owner came in by the way, who is not Italian? I think Indian or Asian, and have completely ruined. The restaurant. Their health inspector has reported major issues. the staff have all left and the general manager, his wife and even his son have all left. This facility is going down real fast.

UPDATE. I want to thank the owner for getting back to me so quickly my wife and I are truly very disappointed with the latest changes in menu, service, and reading health and cleanliness reports. We truly have been a customer of Luigi‘s for almost 20 years plus, it looks like you are definitely aware of the issues and are making corrections. Please please let me know when the facility and the staff are back up to an acceptable level since we really love Luigi‘s pizzas, antipasto, pasta, dishes, wings on Wednesday, and most of all the honey garlic buns. Please let us know as time goes on when the facility issues are addressed, and we will be there to celebrate!! 👍🙏🏼Vincent

Sadly our relationship with Luigies has come to an end. Upon a recent visit I ordered chicken cabanas and it was awful. The pasta was grey and hard, the ingredients were wrong and the sauce was watery. We thought we’d give it one more shot and got chicken parm and eggplant parm. The sauce was horrible the sauce had no taste to it, no garlic on the well known rolls. It’s a shame when hiring a new chef that so much changes. Please go back to the old ways.

I decided to take a me day as my plans fell through with my son on my birthday. So instead of a pity party, I went out and got my hair done and then decided to stop at Luigi’s and treat myself for a late lunch. Which I have to say made my day. 💕🎂The hostess was attentive and sat me quickly in a nice area. My server by the name of Katy was a pure joy! Simply a happy lady who took care of my every whim, I felt like a princess, quite literally, loved that! Katy brought me a nice glass of iced water and to my surprise they actually had Riesling which made my day. We went over some specials and those were quite nice and very tempting. I was hungry for a Fra Diavolo , but settled for the Puttanesca seafood and they made it spicier for me, smothered in clams, muscles! Jumbo shrimp, and scallops, ( when it arrived it was missing the scallops , but they realized their error and Katy promptly had the kitchen make it quickly to my plate , I was not disappointed. Smothered in a lovely marinara with capers , karmala olives, over linguine ! The fresh baked garlic bread hot and spiced to perfection. I forgot to mention the Caesar salad served first, I requested anchovies which for some reason is rare to get in your dressing now a days for a salad that was made for just that purpose, Katy got my anchovies added to my salad! Thank you Katy! At the end as I was literally fat and happy! Katy and the staff surprised me with a delicious and creamy cannoli with chocolate chips for my belated birthday, the best I have had since my trip to Boston many years ago! I have to say you can’t go wrong at Luigi’s! Bravo y Tutti latavalo a manjarle! (Pardon the spelling) but Mama would be proud!!

I called at 530 pm ask8ng for an 830 pm delivery. paid for my food. sitting here at 10pm and still no food. When I called at 855 she said it was on the way. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

The Pizza was delicious!! The prices are good and the servers were very nice too! We will be back again 😃

Following Hurricane Milton, there were wide-spread power outages in SW Florida. On Friday, October 11, I ordered a pie that had spoiled pepperoni from the power outage. Needless to say, it made me quite sick. It's a shame too, because I'm a 30 year resident and have done business with them for decades.
Never. Again!
