Christian at McAllister’s went above and beyond to help me with my order and make things right. Very efficient and professional. However, the manager that was on shift I could tell couldn’t care less but Christian was a rockstar! Manager material for sure.

Hurricane Milton came through Port Charlotte knocking out cell service, power, and the ability to have a nice warm meal with our family. When EVERYONE else was CLOSED, McAlisters was there with smiles on their faces. Despite being up against the clock and a long line of customers, they did their best to get in as many as they could before they had to close. (The Manager even let a few slide in at the last second to be sure they didn’t go hungry after working clean up all day.) The lady taking the orders, Sandy, was very charismatic and extremely friendly, despite the constant line out the door! She handled everyone with such excellent customer service skills. She was not rushing anybody, recommended some new items, and even assuring everyone waiting she was sorry for the wait and would be with us soon. You don’t get that type of customer service in a low stress environment, let alone with a line of 30 customers deep.Then as we grabbed the food to go, the cooks in the back even gave us a friendly wave and thanked us for coming in. Of course, we get home and devour the food because it was nothing less of delicious. Great food. Great Service. Thank you all!

Wife and I stopped by to grab a sandwich we both agree it was the best sandwich we’ve had since moving to Florida. I had the spicy turkey melt and she had the turkey sandwich both fantastic the bread to all the ingredients perfect. We will be back

This place is consistent, the staff is friendly, the food is different than everything else out there. I’ve been here several times and tried different sandwiches or salads and I was never disappointed. I just had the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch sandwich and it is really good! Everything is always fresh!
