Recently this McDonalds is going more and more down hill between horrible customer service and food it’s always old you ask for something off or on the burger and they don’t do it, nuggets are horrible and fries are even old soggy and cold even the breakfast food is going down hill.

Literally told us to pull up to an unused window, looked at up waiting for our mobile order and walked off, waited nearly 15 minutes when it pry would have been faster to just say the order at the window... Which makes no sense as teo other mobile orders were gotten via door dashers, had to go inside the store from my car where I went through the drive through to get my order. Big upset. Please do better. Food still good. But the workers didnt care we were waiting while seven or eight other cars who presumably ordered not through the app. I am not saying I wanna be prioritized but I thought ordering online would make it so they could have our order ready when we arrived and wait less time than others, by the time we got home our McFlurries were McMelted (not fully but enough to get that gross bubbly look on the top ew) and our fries were more cold and limp then Old Man Dan's dong. Just pretty upset but still ate the food. Big shame Mc'y D's
