Have been doing car delivery lately. Haven't gone to Mc Dr's in a while...food was cold and tasted like cardboard. I went back to this one and custom order quarter pounder w/ cheese meal because Wendy' no longer gives fresh lemon with their unsweetened tea. Bottom line.....finding it hard to stay away! Staff is friendly, nice and orders have been perfect! Food is HOT and tastes great! Addictive...beware. I am not a fast food fanatic; but app works well and I find it very relaxing. Thank you! A little pricey, but u can find value meals are very affordable and as delicious!

McDonald's has cut the size of their meals in their drinks, and their prices keep going up. A diet Coke is $2.99 now. The service was okay at this particular McDonald's.

I do doordash for a living. When I get to McDonald's and have been waiting 10 minutes for an order just to be told they haven't even started a customers order is awful. It makes me lose and money and makes I'm sure many people not want to order there. They either need more help or they need to get there stuff together. One guy wanted a refund and they refused and told him it would be 15 minutes and didn't even give the guy his stuff so that's jus wild.

Never have a problem here, but I either do mobile order or through the self-serve kiosk employee seem efficient but no real engagement with the customers all in all clean place food is always fresh and hot. It’s McDonald’s so you can’t really complain.

What is up with you McDonald's by promenades? last few times I have been there your burgers have been overcooked burnt on one side and very dried out, and staff are not friendly at all. you never use to be like this, you have definitely lost a customer!

I stopped in the early week around 11:30 am haven't had fast food in 6 months I was craving a quarter pounder with cheese, so I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and a filet, remember it's only 11:30. O thought you cooked the quarter pounder to order that's bs the sandwich was ice cold the cheese never melted. The filet was okay, looks like it going be another 6 months before I get fast food actually maybe never again

The driver through person was not friendly I had to wait 5 minutes before he even amswered me not friendly on the overnight staff they shortchange me you in the morning and in the middle of the night food is dry and hard and they don't give you the correct food I purchase McChicken sandwich deal I got a cheeseburger I was very upset when I got back to work I don't eat red meat and I was so hungry and I didn't have time to go back to complain to them they gave me the wrong food

I’ve recently moved to north port and go here on Sunday mornings . Every single time I’ve been (6 or 7) now , I’ve had to leave the speaker and go to a window and beep or knock because they don’t answer the drive thru . And today she told me “ hey I’m only one person “ maybe they need a different person .
