I went there a couple days and they had no caramel frappe’s. I went there the next night Their ice cream machine was down like always no surprise the third night I went there. I ordered fries and a hamburger and I got chicken nuggets instead of a hamburger and my fries had zero salt on them. and I waited 20 minutes in line just for Fries and a hamburger, but got chicken nuggets.

Management is horrible and uncaring for their customers. You have a kiosk to order your food and they will bring it to you, if you decide to eat in! However the manager who Id herself as "The Manager" did not bring the food or ask one of her employees to do so. So you will get directions from the kiosk and Management does not care enough to follow through. I sat there 20 mins waiting for our food and nothing. No apology just some cold food. Shame on you Mc Donald s for hiring people to a Management position that can't be real with their customers. If you made a mistake say sorry!

The McDonald's at Peachland Promenade in Port Charlotte is great! They are usually fast, efficient and friendly. Had a nice chat with the dude at the payment window today about football because he saw my Buffalo Bills cooler in the passenger seat of my truck. Little things like that make a big difference!

I ordered a 20 pieace nugget with a chicken Big Mac and a large fry and sweet tea no problem with anything I ordered but at the speaker where you order food they ask me what sauce i would like I say sweet and sour and then I say an extra sweet and sour then they inform me it comes with three and I say that’s perfect I get home and realize I ain’t got no sweet and sour idrk but don’t say shit you ain’t finna do I’ve worked fast food in my life Burger King and McDonald’s before I get the job sucks but atleast do the bare minimum and get crud right we all make mistakes here an there but if you apply this work effort here you ain’t ever gonna get a good job just keep that in mind
