Finally got around to trying this place & I already can’t wait to go back & try other things! We ordered the hot Cheeto half mozzarella half hotdog & it was AMAZING! We also tried the donuts & they were delicious! The place was super cute inside & clean. If you haven’t tried this place yet, I recommend you do so!

I was eager to try this place, but the service we received was quite rude. My son and I were first-time visitors and asked a question about an item on the menu. The young man clearly showed his annoyance from the moment we walked in, so we decided to leave.

The service experience at this establishment fell short of industry standards. The beverage I ordered took an inordinate amount of time to arrive, exceeding 30 minutes, despite the low customer volume. Furthermore, the quality of the beverage was subpar, and the staff was unresponsive to my requests for assistance. It is essential for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction, as it is the foundation upon which their success is built. This experience has significantly diminished my opinion of this establishment. Having visited numerous boba shops across the country, I must assert that this establishment ranks among the poorest in terms of customer service. I will not be returning to this establishment due to the excessive time wasted and the lack of an apology for the inconvenience caused.

I've been to R&B Tea & Mochinut in Port Charlotte twice and both times I've been pleased with the food, atmosphere, and service I've received.

I have had the original mozzarella and original half and half and found both to be very delicious, very cheesy and crispy which I liked! The employee that waited on me both times was very nice and helpful and answered my questions. She was quick to prepare the food and provided recommendations on items that I may like and answered my questions about the food as I was not very familiar with the things served here.

Though my order was a take out order, I really enjoyed the atmosphere and decor of this little place, it was very unique, fun, and pleasant feeling.

I would recommend this place based on my two experiences, definitely something unique and a very yummy treat place tucked away in Port Charlotte, Florida! :)
