Had a great time, food came quickly and nice and hot. My waitress was wonderful and amazing I believe her name started with an M, apologies as I’m bad with names. She was kind and made sure my experience was great

I went to this location last night with 3 other people. 2 got sick, shrimp wasn't cook properly. And lasagna had a weird taste. Olive garden has good food but this is the second time I got sick from the same location. I get it that you want to bring the food as fast as possible but cook it properly. Chicken shrimp carbonafa cost $22. So this isn't a cheap dish.

The food was ok, but too Americanized for a European - tasted little Italian, rather bland: little to no spices, even salt was missing, but there were also fries with the children's Bolognese (meat sauce).

Last Friday my family and I went to Dine in and we waited for over an our for our food. When we finally got served the chicken was not cooked, the fries were cold for the kids meal. We all got sick 🤢 by the time we got home. Terrible experience.

Absolutely hands down worse service a the waitress is horrible doesn’t listen at all has zero follow through. Everyone else is eating I’m not. Bread sticks dry af an chewy. I asked for a special salad without onions everyone else wanted onions she brought 1 with no onions I said extra dressing never got it finally got my salad it was dry we use to come often but I’ll never be back oh an moms silverware was crusty with food waitress never brought an new set she used mine SERVICE AN FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

My husband and I went on Veterans Day because he is a vet. They brought me chicken parmesan when I ordered egg plant. When they brought out the check my husband asked if thee was a difference in price because they brought out the wrong kind. Needless to say they sent us home with a fresh order of egg plant Parmesan and comp my meal, which we did not expect. My husband’s meal was free because they honor Veterans with a free meal. We have always liked this location and have never had a problem.
For as busy as they were the manger Ashley made a point to stop at every table and asked about the food and took time to talk. That is good customer service and don’t see that anymore.
