Panera Bread

I don't usually write reviews. But I wanted to give some attention to these issues. For one I received food I found a black strand of hair on my bread peice and then found another in my sandwich (I am blonde and so is the person I was with). The kitchen was absolutely slammed with orders and had forgotten to give us our cups. I thought I would go to the cashier counter where it was not busy and no one was in line. I got the attention of a cashier and simply asked if I could have 2 medium cups and showed her my receipt. She said to they were supposed to give them to me and I said I know but I thought it would be easier since she is literally standing right next to the cups telling me to go to the kitchen counter which is extremely busy and I also explained every time I get cups from there because of their gloves there is food all over the inside and outside of the cups (something that has happened to me a few times). She gave me an attitude and was extremely rude and said they are supposed to give them. She finally gave me the cups. While telling me next time go to the kitchen counter. I shouldn't have to argue to get 2 drink cups that I paid for an arms length away. I will never go here again unfortunately.

I love the drinks. SIP SIP (Best LEMONADE) The food is pricey for being OK food. But I love ❤️ the REWARD Offers.

Haven't Been in some time, it was lunch time, and we wanted some fresh loaves of bread and bagels togo, but there was hardly anything to choose from, is this how it is nowato go,

Most of the empty tables were all dirty, Food was Okay, the Mexican corn chowder was very very thick! The baguette seemed old not fresh.

Was hoping the bagel sandwiches were still available but they were discontinued 😩
Place needs a fresh update and smiling faces when you walk in, miss the days of cashiers and not ordering on a machine :(

I saw a roach crawling on the carpet as I was eating. That says alot about this place. You will get sick if you eat from here. I am very disappointed as this was my go to place.

We ordered food for our office, some of the food was labeled, while some sandwiches were not. This made dispersing the food very difficult. One of the sandwiches looked mangles. I put a photo below. Definitely won't be ordering there again.

Tip jar for self serve...really? I had to ask where to get the drink at? Then the screen asks for a tip. I find this ridiculous! She did nothing but had me a cup, and barely acknowledged me...

The WORST Panera that I’ve ever ordered from! Don’t order delivery if you actually want to get what you ordered. I spent $50 and received my order with items missing. When I called into the store, no one could care less. So if you like giving away your money, I would definitely order from here because you are for sure gonna get ripped off. Thanks Panera!

Donna was very degrading over the phone telling me to relax as I called because someone stole my order and they didn’t do anything to fix it.

It's fast food. Server forgot to ask for bread choice. Never mind, I won't forget next time. Establishment is clean and tidy. Parking not a problem.
