What is it with this locations atmosphere? It feels like a hospital cafeteria. I saw two people working. I have no idea how you can run a place like Panera with so little staff. The wife and I went here for an orange scone and a spinach quiche. Those orange scones! Hello! So good. The quiche was great as usual. The hot coffee was non existent, maybe because so little staff means so little hot coffee. They were out of most flavors and what little coffee we got from 2 different pots was room temperature. Please fix the atmosphere, the lack of employees and coffee.

Went to DoorDash a rustic potato soup and half of a tomato basil sandwich. The sandwich was fine but all I got in the soup was water broth. Definitely not appetizing. Usually when I order the food is really good. But this is the second time they’ve done this

When you go to a restaurant, you expect them to have the food on the menu. We were told three times “we don’t have that right now.” Gotta do better, guys.

I received great customer service from Bernice. She took her time taking my order and she knew all of the ingredients in all meals. She was so informative and friendly. The food was great as well..

By noon there were two bagels left! That capachino was only half filled. Disappointing.

I order from here quite frequently so when this popped up in my sandwich I am beyond grossed out and upset by the quality control of its ingredients

I stopped by here for a quick lunch, and it was not too busy. I ordered a grilled chicken with avocado blt and a cup of creamy tomato soup. My order was ready very quickly, and the food was tasty. All in all, I will be back again. The quality of food is good, the staff is friendly, and the price does not make you break the bank.

The staff and management at this location are friendly, courteous and thorough in their food preparation. Always having a smiling face. The store is clean and spacious. The avocado sandwich I purchased today was the least amount of food and especially avocado ever ! I get this sandwich 3 times a week and this was the skimpiest , hopefully not the new normal

We have gone to the port charlotte panera x3 in the past year or so. First time we ordered dinner as takeout. We didn't check the bag for all items and what do you know.. they forgot a sandwich. Drove back(in the pouring rain) to get it and they didn't even apologize. Second experience was at lunchtime in the restaurant. Waited a good 30 min for food. To then be told they were all out of what I ordered. The third AND FINAL TIME EVER was last night ordered take away. Did check to make sure the correct number of items were there prior to leaving.. got home and not one but two of the sandwiches were incorrect.. like ordered a turkey bravo and got tuna.. so not even close. We didn't return to store to get the correct items. Wasn't wasting my gas. Called them to let me know the error and again the woman didn't even apologize! Never again ?

New sandwiches were lacking ingredients. Very slim portions in which don’t represent the pictures as advertised. Two sandwiches priced at $12 when in reality all we had was bread…Maybe don’t do take out and they won’t skimp on your food you ordered..
