Patsy Caribbean Delight

I only just moved to North Port from Nokomis about 3 months ago. I was searching for good restaurants for cuisines: Italian, Pizza, Greek, Chinese. I didn't even realize I SHOULD have been searching for Caribbean and Colombian. I "found" Patsy by accident - I was returning home from Punta Gorda, driving along Tamiami Trl, and noticed the very bright colors of her place of business. My partner and I decided to try it out, and we were VERY HAPPY that we did. The food is absolutely OUT OF THIS WORLD! And Patsy is so incredibly welcoming. Now I am very happy I have Caribbean on the the list. Also, another kind of "fluke" was discovering Que Rico / Colombian cuisine - another cuisine I did not even realize I was supposed to be looking for. So - try out Patsy, she's great and her food is great!

Patsy's Caribbean Delight has amazing food. The Curry Chicken and Macaroni Pie are excellent. Be sure to call ahead because she cooks everything fresh. Highly recommended! - Joe and Joyce

The wait was intolerable, but I guess the quality of food is worth it. Purely amazing!

Food was excellent. Tasted like my mom made it. Authentic and fresh and I could taste the love. Only complaint is that it took forever. I ordered over the phone up to 40 minutes in advance and still had to wait 35 minutes when I got there to pick up the food. I wonder if it would have been faster if I paid over the phone and I hope she responds to this. I understand some people may order over the phone and then not show up.

WOW is all we can say about this place !! The Food was amazing and fresh the Beer was cold .. What can we say about the customer service phenomenal

The food and service were absolutely amazing! I wish we were locals and could enjoy this on a regular basis! We WILL be back if we're in the area again!

I’m a fan !! 4 of us went for the first time for lunch here. Patsy was so friendly and helpful in answering questions , and is a wonderful cook !! I eat gluten free and found I could order most anything !! Lots of food for good prices ! We will be back !!!

We moved to North Port a month ago. I found this place 2 weeks ago. We've been there twice already. The 2nd time was for my birthday & I could have picked anywhere I wanted. Amazing food. If you like superhot j*** (can get it milder) it's amazing along with their curry chicken, oxtail & goat! Try their macaroni pie & their plantains! Heck, everything I've eaten there is AMAZING! The owner is also the cook! They serve beer too!

DELICIOUS !****** Chicken meal with rice and peas, cabbage, and a side of sweet plantains. Chicken was tender and flavor was excellent. Rice and peas were cooked perfect with tons of flavor. Cabbage was seasoned beautifully. Plantains perfect. FLAVOR FLAVOR FLAVOR

The best food from the islands. I first had real j*** chicken in Jamaica, and shortly after that, moved to Florida and discovered Patsy's. We have never had a disapointment here. The food is the best and the service is perfect. The j*** chicken and pork. The rice and peas. The macaroni pie. If you live near North Port, or you are just visting, you have to go to Patsy's.

Something about patsy's food is so fulfilling, it makes me feel like I'm eating some good home cooking, the flavor is on point and the owner is such a sweet lady! No complaints here!

We love Patsy's when missing Jamaica, we visit Patsy's Carribean Delight. She always has a smile on her face and the food is awesome. Please don't be in a rush it takes a bit to get your food, but worth the wait. Grab a Red Stripe or Jamaican soda and relax while you bc wait.

Oxtails were delicious. Curry chicken too. Then had the best lemonade too. Festival for dessert made my valentine's day special. Thank you so much.
