I just stopped by pelicans five minutes before they closed (we felt horrible) but it was one of those days where I was craving it and a kind gentleman working the window was super sweet and still made us our snow ones! They are phenomenal and Annette was just as sweet! We should have gave y'all a slice of pizza, next time we will ❤️ thank you

Went for the first time in a while a few days ago and got a cream soda SnoBall. It was delicious! And the girl working at the window (I believe her name was Sophie, sorry if I got it wrong) was very kind and very professional. Definitely will be back.

Great place, opened a little early just for us. It was a nice refreshing treat, and the grandkids loved it.
I love the idea of snow cones. Snow cones are usually delicious and taste like the flavor that you choose. Unfortunately, this place is missing the mark on this. I ordered the Papaya and Passion Fruit snow cone. The syrup brought no flavor to the shaved ice. The Papaya syrup flavor was a step above regular crushed ice, and the Passion Fruit had some flavor, just not of any passion fruit I have ever eaten. The aftermath were teeth that felt like I had been eating candy by the handful. I love the color of the restaurant, and the location was in a perfect spot, but the execution was lacking. The staff was friendly and took out the order patiently. The order came out pretty quick. I will not come back and wouldn't recommend this place.
