I think this is the second best pho I’ve had in all my travels. You don’t need to add anymore sauces, but if you need extra spice, there is always chili sauce. This is a hole in the wall/ mom and pops operation. Everything in my pho was made to perfection. I had the ribeye and brisket pho with noddle, chives, onions, cilantro, sprouts and jalapeños. Now, you would have to wait a little for your order, because it’s made fresh. there is small to medium size seating area. They are opened from 11 am to 3.30 pm. They close…. then reopen for dinner at 5pm. It is so easy to miss the entrance. It is just before El Jobean road in 41 in Port Charlotte.

5 stars — Pho Charlotte is a hidden gem!
I stopped in for a quick bite and ended up blown away by how flavorful everything was. I ordered the pork rice plate, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly grilled, tender pork with fragrant jasmine rice, pickled veggies, and a side of fish sauce that tied it all together. Everything was fresh and made with care. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy. I’ll definitely be back to try the pho next time!

The pho was terrific. They have the proper condiments to compliment your unlike other restaurants that only give you garlic oil. And to top off the delicious food, they give very generous sized bowls. You should not leave hungry.

This is the most amazing Pho I’ve ever had. The restaurant itself is quite unassuming. The staff were gracious and helpful and the food is out of this world. We had pho, vermicelli and spring rolls and pork skewers. The portions are generous and the flavors are unbelievable. I wish I could give more stars!

So this place would not allow my Service Dog to enter. This has been very upsetting. We were meeting people here and had to regroup and go someplace else. This is totally illegal to discriminate against a handicap person. Disgraceful!!!

DON'T KNOW WHAT'S THE USE? THIS REPOST OF THE REVIEW WAS DONE BY SINGER HO LE THU.

This is 100% true, everyone. Every time I return to Port Charlotte FL and my friends crave pho, my brother Nguyen Ct Tim always invites me to Pho Charlotte to eat. This place is called cursing pho because the waiter is very angry and often curses at customers. I found it strange and thought it was a joke, who was it? The pho restaurant is small, with only one waiter named Phuoc, who takes orders and curses at the customers. I was very upset, but out of respect for my brother who brought me here, I just kept smiling and pretending. The food was okay but the service was so strange.
Just yesterday, after I came back from the beach, he asked everyone to go out to Pho Charlotte to eat. The restaurant only has 3-4 tables of customers, our group had 8 people, the waiter refused to let us sit in, kept asking him to join the table, we asked if it was okay to sit at 2 separate tables but he still He definitely refused and scolded him loudly, and then he shouted loudly that if he wanted to go in, he would go in with a very rude voice, while he was only old enough to be his children and grandchildren.
When taking the order, he loudly and rudely asked the group of people who were all my father's age. He also loudly said "There's only 1 bowl of Hue beef noodle soup left. If you want to eat it, you can eat it and if it's hong, you can't wait" while no one had asked. Come to Hue beef noodle soup. Next, he shouted again, what should I order?
I couldn't stand this uneducated boy so I told everyone why I went out to eat and let people curse at me, I didn't come to beg for food. I was so upset that I stood up and left. The whole group stood up and left, and he loudly cursed this and that.
It's unacceptable for a small restaurant to treat customers like beggars. Perhaps up until now, people have been ignoring Phuoc's unruly behavior just to eat a bowl of pho, which isn't particularly delicious, perhaps that's why he's used to the old habit of cursing on customers' heads.
In large, delicious restaurants, people still have to welcome guests with a warm and considerate standard, this is just a small restaurant that is so uneducated, it's truly incomprehensible.
If anyone comes to Port Charlotte to visit, please remember this Pho Charlotte restaurant and avoid it, otherwise you will be cursed at while eating.
