Cute little place. Their food is great. Ordered a take out which included egg rolls. They have cut two corners from my takeout container to make sure egg rolls stay crispy on the way home. The guy that worked there cussed me out in front of everyone in the restaurant because I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. Awful customer service I was so embarrassed and left in tears I will not be returning here again go to healthy pho their service is way better . I even tipped him and he still treated me like dirt.

Am a spoiled Houstonian who lives in Florida for 8 years. I haven’t found a Viet restaurant comparable. I love the vermicelli bowl and the deserts. The ingredient is authentic and not artificial.

My family came in but nobody serve, we look around for minutes but dont see anybody come to help, only customers were eating, so we decide to pick a table and seat down. Minute later a employee come out and yelled at us “who tell you to seat here, who allow you to seat here”, every rude. We were so shock, so we stand up and leave. I decided to come back in and talk to the employee, “we are new here so i dont know your policy here, also i do not see any sign saying we have to wait to be seated. If you want us to move you can also talk to us normally, not yelling. We come to eat, we not homeless come bege for food”. Employee ignored me, wrap her phone go to the back and talk to me from the back lolz.

Last night my family and I came to have dinner. When we walked in, no one was accepted, leaving us standing still. Finally, we chose a table to sit down. Sitting and waiting for someone to come serve us, we paused the call from the person making the noise, then after a while a waiter came out and shouted loudly at us... Who let people who automatically come to the table sit like that and then continue? following the call for me to leave the table... we were very surprised and very disappointed with the service here. If I could, I would choose this restaurant without any stars...it's so bad and disappointing.
I want to give a ZERO-STARS ratings, but I can not because Google is not letting me give a zero star. So, I’ve never been there before, and I’ve never known how they “seating process” customer in this restaurant. When we came in after waiting 2 or 3 minutes but not seeing the waiter and I have the child 2y, and he badly wanted to sit down. And we took a seat. The waiter came out and yelled at us: who let you sit here and why are you sitting here? We decided to leave. But just a moment I came back and told the waiter “excuse me ma’am I didn’t know that, you can explain to us instead yell at us”So should not be rude to your customers. We come here to eat and support your business not to be yelled at. I hope this is ur experience and don’t DO it again to any other customers.

There aren't many pho options in Port Charlotte but this is by far my favorite! The bun bo hue was super flavorful as was the rice noodle dish with grilled pork. It was small inside, maybe 10 small tables, but the service was fast and attentive.
