We decided to try Prime Serious Steak, and honestly, it was just okay. The atmosphere was nice enough â a little dark, trying for that upscale vibe â but it felt a bit dated. Service was nice enough, but the food was not worth the hype. The steaks were cooked close to what we ordered, but for the price, I expected more flavor. Sides were fine, nothing memorable. The baked potatoes were okay, but the hassleback potatoes were kind of bland. Overall, it was just ok, not quite worth the price tag. If youâre local and want an okay steak, itâs fine, but I wouldnât go out of my way to come back.

I had a great experience here! I had a seasonal bourbon drink âCozy Buffaloâ which had bourbon, apple cider, lemon juice, autumn spice syrup, and a cinnamon stick - it was so good and great for the fall vibes. The popovers were incredible and the best Iâve ever had (especially loved them with the cinnamon butter). Then I had the double boned bacon wrapped pork chop with bourbon glaze. It was amazing, the bourbon glaze made it! My mom had the ribeye which she also loved. Our waiter was Jonathon and he was friendly and attentive. If I came back I would get the bacon wrapped pork chop again!

I did not have a great meal at Prime last night. The lamb chops were tough and the au gratin potatoes were undercooked and cold. My husband had a Filet Mignon. His steak was quite rare and he ordered medium well. Also, the broccoli was mushy and tasteless. The salad was the only thing we could salvage from this meal. We couldn't complain about everything to the poor waitress but we will never go back.

What a great Sunday! đ„Decided to try Prime Steakout House and it was a wonderful experience. The food was top-notch, truly fantastic.
The place was impeccably clean, and while our server seemed a bit stretched, their effort didn't go unnoticed. We'll be back for sure.đž
The highlight?
The popovers! đ„đ„I'd never had one before, and they were absolutely delicious. An incredible surprise that perfectly complemented our meal.
A golden cloud, light and warm,
That conquered hungerâs mighty storm.
A side dish new, a simple bread,
Left tasty thoughts inside my head.đ

We have been to this restaurant several times and we can honestly say that this is the first time that my wife was actually disappointed with her meal. And I agree.
We arrived at 4 oâclock and were seated promptly. The place filled up quickly. Great atmosphere â Our waitress was very polite and professional. She was attentive, but not intrusive.â
We ordered the brie appetizer. The Brie was excellent. The grapes and crackers were delicious, fresh and crisp, however , the honey that they put on top of the Brie, was too sweet and overpowered the Brie.
The table side salad with the popover bread were excellent per usualâ
I ordered the filet mignon, medium rare with a side of mashed potatoes. My meal was excellent and cooked to perfectionâ
My wife ordered the blackened prime rib, medium rare.
This is the first time that we actually did not eat it .
Firstly, it was cooked medium.
Secondly , it had absolutely NO flavor. It was tasteless and was far from blackened. It was a very thin piece. It didnât have much marbling and even the seasoning wasnât good. I thought the taste and cut was disgusting. Un edible. It was like -are we at the right restaurant? Very disappointing. The asparagus with the Bernese sauce was good.â
We politely informed the waiter that we thought it was not cooked correctly , and that it perhaps wasnât the right cut or seasoned correctly. She assured us that it was. It went uneaten. , and we didnât take it home. We specifically asked if it was the blackened option. She stated emphatically that it was. Sorry, but she should have offered a reduction in price upon seeing that it was not eaten.
We ordered dessert , the heath ice cream flambee was prepared nicely at the table side, and it was delicious per usualâ
Although my wifeâs meal was disappointing we left a 30% tip nevertheless . Hopefully it was just a fluke and next time it will be outstanding per usual.

My wife and I were looking for a nice night out and decided to try this restaurant. We were seated right away, and greeted by someone who was not our server ~10 minutes later. This type of rhythm continued throughout the course of our experience. We waited longer than I would expect in a restaurant that is obviously trying to be âgreatâ for just about everything. Our soup finally came (I had lobster bisque) and it tasted good, but there were little flakes of shell in it. Our salad and bread came MUCH later, again by someone who wasnât our server. The salad was standard with nothing special about it, but still good. The bread was slightly burnt and kind of offputting.. it looks like a tree trunk. After ~ an hour and a half from being sat, our entrees arrived.
I had the filet and lobster with a baked potato. The filet met the standards it should have. Melt in your mouth texture with great flavor. The lobster was fine. The baked potato was harder on the outside than I would have expected it to be. Overall, this was an underwhelming experience for the price we paid, and we will not be back.
