Red Lobster

Everything was fresh, the orders were correct and service was very good. Definitely a great dinner out. Went back for the seafood boils (worth it!).

So the crab boil was overcooked and overpriced and the service was very poor which was related to the management not the staff. Small portions for the price you pay and a seafood place should know how to cook crab legs and lobster. Try Mr and Mrs Krabs way better!

It was very warm inside and we were actually sweating. The lobster tank had 1 lobster! 4 of us all ordered the admiral's platter our food came out in shifts. 1 baked (microwaved) potato was like a rock inside, 2 had coleslaw and both believed it was spoiled. The fried flounder was not flounder, not sure what fish it was. The clam strips were like pebbles and rocks so hard a fork wouldn't go through it. This used to be a decent place to eat but DQ has better fish to be honest. The server refilled drinks once and acted like she didn't want to be there. The entire experience was horrible, it was like fast food at best. We noticed several months ago that the food and service had gone downhill and tonight we decided this was our last time ever eating here. The only bright spot was the hostess she was friendly and had a beautiful smile.

We were there with a large group tonight and the food was absolutely disgusting and numerous people were complaining. They served me rice as my side and literally gave me less than a tablespoon and it was so hard and over cooked that I couldn’t eat it. They must have run out and scraped the bottom of the dish to just put that on the plate. My shrimp skewers were over cooked and super salty. My husband got the Mahi and before the waitress put the plate down she said she already took it off our bill because the kitchen ran out and put a way too small porting but even that small portion was so over cooked you couldn’t even separate it with the fork. My grandson had a hair in his and my daughter had a rice bowl with the same issue the rice was so hard she couldn’t eat it. I would have been so embarrassed to serve this food to anyone. I don’t know who is running this kitchen but they should be fired!

We visited for Crab fest, the Crab stuffed mushrooms were great, my wife had the Bairdi dinner and I had the admirals dinner, our server was great with recommendations

Came in for lunch yesterday had the pleasure of having Brittany R as our waitress, she was a pleasure. Hope to have her again next time we come in.

Had a wonderful meal at Red Lobster in Port Charlotte FL. Chris S. was our waiter and he was the best!
