Red Lobster

Surprised at the food. The fish was cooked as it should be but the asperigus was cooked until they were shriveled twigs. I did however have this charge removed after bringing this to the Walters attention.

They were able to seat our large party. Took an hour and a half to receive our food. The lobster flatbread was nasty and it was not lobster, it had a nasty fish taste. The fish was greasy, had maybe 12 fries and 2 hush puppies. Very disappointed in quality of food. Server was great and tried her under the circumstances.

The food was mediocre, I ordered steak and turf, but the steak came burnt instead of medium pink. The worst meal in a long time.
But the service was really miserable:
Service occasionally when walking past, unclean cutlery and rolls when asked, no drink refills and additional sour cream possible and very unfriendly.
We will never go there again.

I think there was only one person working there. Service was really really slow and the food wasn't so great like it always was before. I'm still going back.

Do not put an order to go here . Had to wait 1hr and 50min for an average order. When was ordering they said 30-35 wait time . So ye u can see how truthful they are . Plus they had the audacity to ask for tips after 2 hr waiting.

My server was Caitlin who was wonderful. She was very attentive and helpful with the menu. My food came out so fast, I wasn't ready. I truly enjoyed my visit.

Update: receipt date and time 17:06:18 09/15/2024. Today was the worst visit to this chain ever. It doesn’t deserve a star. At best this location should be closed permanently. I have to drive 11 miles to get here so pass no less than 4 dozen restaurants along the way. All are busy and bustling with patrons parked in their lots, yet red lobster had a handful of people inside. The food was awful. After tasting burnt overcooked fish a second plate was brought to me. That fish could not be cut with a steak knife and was taken away. No attempt was made by the lady manager to make my dining experience better. Shame on the management, shame on the ownership, shame on red lobster. It certainly appears to me that red lobster is in trouble I don’t recommend patronizing this location. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
Got this today . I don’t want this junk. Doesn’t even come close to enough for us to go to red lobster.

The large crab legs cost $36 you only get 6 legs yes SIX only. They are good but at $6 a leg that’s crazy I Know of several restaurants around here where I can get 15 legs with shrimp and muscles for $32. Oh well thought I would try something different. Trust me on this Red Lobster has way jacked up prices now with less food. Never again!

Six of us dined in for Dinner, good not very good.
Short handed, so service was terrible. Our Waitress had another section to work, besides us. Because a waitress did not show up,, was not busy, Will not go back again. Spent $300.& Feel there should have been a discount, for the terrible Service.We Will Not Comeback !!!!

Had the crabs legs with potatoes. Crabs were terrible hardly anything in them. Potatoes were so hard. Coleslaw was good. Service was also good. Not worth me spending my money here.
