I have to say that the quality of service and the size of the portions have greatly decreased since Red Lobster separated from Darden restaurants .First We ordered the New Margarita Wave Plank which was featured on the menue. Took the bartender about 20 minutes to make it.Then we ordered the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. The food came out about another 10 minutes later and I was NOT impressed. The mushrooms were slightly smaller than a .25 cent piece and the appetizer cost nearly $13. I waited for the server to return but she was still struggling with the drinks. I asked a manager about the food and she apologized and took it away. Then about another 10 min went by and the server returned and asked if we wanted it replaced. Our food order was in and we were sitting there with bread. I told her YES I thought she had already taken care of it but she had not. So the bartender put in another order of mushrooms.A few min later our entrees came out. I was pleasantly surprised at the generous portions of lobster in the Lobster Linguini and the Lobster Baked Potato. It actually was really great. Every bite from start to finish had a bite of lobster in it. It was great.A few minutes later the mushrooms came back and again I was surprised. This time I was surprised that the mushrooms actually got SMALLER! The dish was mostly cheese and stuffing. At any rate my wifes meal was the same. She ordered the Shrimp platter. The coconut shrimp were huge but the dragon shrimp must have been grown next to those mushrooms. TINY.All in all the foods flavor was nice. We were sad that the discontinued the lobster bisque. The service was 3 out of 5 stars. The restaurant was clean. And the atmosphere was very nice. Oldies music was playing in the dining room. Not worth $120 for two people though. Most of the entrees were between $20-45. A couple came in and sat next to us and left shortly after. I asked why and they said the prices were WAY TOO HIGH. I agree but I was hungry.
The server was nice, she had another table that was overwhelming well they were just conceded older snowbirds. Talked loudly about how much money they spend on Marriott vacation time shares for over an hour while they ran the poor girl and called her stupid. So we patiently waited for food without drinks. Waited to pay we did a whole lot of waiting. The place also smells like cat urine.
We went on Easter Sunday, the place was busy and even through that they gave us top notch service and great food

Our server was excellent. The food was pretty good. A little too much seasoning but still pretty good. However nothing here is fresh, it's all frozen. If you're looking for seafood that's fresh caught this is not your place.

Nice restaurant, solid food, waitress was amazing. Kitchen was a little slow for a Friday, but the friendly nature of the waitress made up for it! Will be going back for sure.

My husband and I came to enjoy a nice dinner tonight only to be greeted by a rude hostess when we came in. I had previously called and spoke to a nice woman and told her we were running a little late due to traffic and had reservations for 7. She told me it was slow to not worry. We arrived at 7:15 to an almost empty restaurant. The hostess told us we would have to wait 10-15 min. Sure np. We sat and waited. We watched as 4 different groups of parties walked in and she took there names down and told them the same time frame. She proceeded to sit all the other parties down before us. My husband even asked her nicely if she forgot about us since we did have reservations. She rudely said no and went and whispered to the gentlemen next to her. Proceeded to keep us waiting an additional 5 min only to take us to a table and run off. The seats were completely wet.If it wasn’t for our kind waitress Brittany R we would have never stayed tonight.I was not able to catch the hostess name tag but she was a young African American with long red and black hair.. she should not be in the customer service industry with her type of behavior.
