Went through the drive thru today and saw one of the managers playing with her hair through the glass. Plus terrible service, just rude. Won't be back again.

Delicious Italian ice
On Monday July 7 me and my wife felt like having an ice cream , we decided to stop at Rita’s , we asked for 2 cones and the girl told us to go to the window, she never asked what size we wanted, it was $ 11 , we gave her 15 and left the rest for tip , this was the SMALLEST cone ever it was just half a turn it barely went over the cone rim, it was the worst we’ve had as far as size it wasn’t even a kids size , we love Rita’s and we will be coming back , but they should ask for the size and give the right amount for the price , I think that for $11 it should be a good size ice cream..
Morgan was a wonderful help for a bunch of first timers. She answered all of our questions and provided great customer service.
Had a gelati the black cherry ice had zero flavor. Custard was ok. Tossed half.

Went there for the first time on March 12th the girl behind the counter acted like she didn't really want to be there we asked her a couple questions she was very short with us needless to say we won't be back which is a shame because what we got was good but we're not going to spend our money at a place where we're going to get an attitude from the person that's supposed to be helping us

Twist cone. Tasted funny like machine was not cleaned or old custard. Traded on for strawberry ice. Much better
