Morgan was a wonderful help for a bunch of first timers. She answered all of our questions and provided great customer service.
Had a gelati the black cherry ice had zero flavor. Custard was ok. Tossed half.

Went there for the first time on March 12th the girl behind the counter acted like she didn't really want to be there we asked her a couple questions she was very short with us needless to say we won't be back which is a shame because what we got was good but we're not going to spend our money at a place where we're going to get an attitude from the person that's supposed to be helping us

This establishment has never once failed me when it came to customer service and short wait times. I have never once had to wait longer than 5 minutes at this location. Obviously it is a chain so it’s going to taste the same anywhere you go, but on a customer service level is where each location will make a name for itself and this location definitely did. Please bring back the shark gelato

I came here with my two sisters for the first time the other night and I didn’t catch the girls name who helped us but she had such a great sense of humor and was so helpful! We all laughed so much while ordering! We loved her and she was kind enough to give us recommendations of what’s good and let us sample whatever flavors we wanted. She had red hair and I wish I could have caught her name to mention it here. On top of the girl being so kind and helpful, the custard was incredible and so creamy, honestly the best custard I’ve ever had!! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be coming back!! :)

My favorite place for ice cream/gelato/Bellini - just YUM. Can't go wrong if you go to Rita's.
