This establishment has never once failed me when it came to customer service and short wait times. I have never once had to wait longer than 5 minutes at this location. Obviously it is a chain so it’s going to taste the same anywhere you go, but on a customer service level is where each location will make a name for itself and this location definitely did. Please bring back the shark gelato

I came here with my two sisters for the first time the other night and I didn’t catch the girls name who helped us but she had such a great sense of humor and was so helpful! We all laughed so much while ordering! We loved her and she was kind enough to give us recommendations of what’s good and let us sample whatever flavors we wanted. She had red hair and I wish I could have caught her name to mention it here. On top of the girl being so kind and helpful, the custard was...
