Today I went to have lunch at this beautiful store, where it looked so clean and fresh. Super appreciated treatment, great quality in the food, special customer service, a nice table full of varieties of fresh foods, they give you options to choose combos that one as a customer accepts. I love this store, I recommend it 100%
If you are craving pizza, it's a great spot to grab one. The crust is just right and if you or someone else wants something different there's plenty to choose from. It amazes me that for a quick stop place, it all tastes pretty good.

There was blonde hair in my bread sticks.The pizza gave me food poisoning once. And their root beer was watered down.

Went for lunch, was denied a water cup despite being a paying customer. The manager seemed like they were just trying to push the sale of a beverage. Ended up just getting a bottle of water from the vending machine instead because of that. The pizza was already overpriced for how small of a serving it was, there was no way I was going to purchase a beverage after being able to get a complimentary water cup at other locations.I won’t be back to this location any time soon ?The employee that helped me was friendly and professional though, too bad the manager seemed awful. ?

Great service, super fresh, made to order and beyond expectations. We got 8 Strombolis and lots of marinara included for no additional price. Cooked fresh because we had a special order and large family order. Employee was very pleasant and informative and I will go back. We are from tbe north and love Sbarro, they are few and far between. They are in a mall foodcourt so atmosphere is what is expected but not a large line and not overly crowded at the time we were there. Only 20 minutes wait for special order, shorter than all pizza places. ? will return.

This place is a joke I waited in line for 5 or 6 minutes It is 6:07 and they tell me they're closed and they can't make me a pizza... And the last pizza I got from here was so terrible I couldn't even eat it. I'm done with this place ?

Day 4 of me begging for my money back. I paid 19.23 on the app. Then I got there and they couldn't give me over half my order. I asked for a refund and they told me to call corporate. I've called them every day since it happened. No response to any of my voice-mail. Do they just get to steal my money?
