8-16-25 at 7:58pm we walked up. They closed in 2 minutes and all the employees served us with a smile. They helped my wife find a new drink and made suggestions. The new drink was spot on and my drink was good to. If I was the employee I would've been less than thrilled. Who ever hired these people found good ones.

I choose Starbucks because of convince. I have continued to pay the increased pricing. I've visited Starbucks all over the country, but I have reached my limit. I order a mocha hot every time. The product and taste has been horrible! We wait inline and when I pick up my order it is to hot to taste. It is to late to go back. This has been disgusting more than not! If I am going to pay $6.05 for a cup of coffee, I expect it to be delishes! This rating is for everyone not just this location. They just so happen to be the one with my final straw!

So I was shopping around target with my father and we decided to grab a coffee at Starbucks. A lady with black and blue hair took my dad's order and I was going to treat him. He put his order in and moved down to the pick up area knowing I was going to pay for it for him. The lady with bluehair asked me a question which I didn't understand then proceeded to yell at my father Infront of everyone embarrassing him. Shouting infront of customers and employees "Sir you need to pay!!!" And treated him like a theif. I tried to explain "he's my father I'm going to pay for it" and he was so embarrassed he just paid for himself. It ruined our time we were spending together and the treat I was going to get him. As a former General manager for several restaurants in the past I was truelly appalled by the customer service we received today and I will not be returning. A simple asking with a lower tone and in a less aggressive way would of completely avoided this.

Ok..let me start by saying they sell Komodo Dragon. Which is my favorite coffee. The staff was friendly and had no problems filling my special orders while I was shopping for their whole bean coffees. Their breakfast sandwiches are hot and delicious. Will definitely go back.

Found two ladies in line that took me into the ladies restroom and had their way with me. I just felt bad for the staff because I got semen on all the mirrors and was rushed out after an hour and a half I did not have a chance to wipe it off.
