Love that they cook with tallow! We avoid most restaurants because of the horrible seed oils they cook with. Staff was great, friendly and accommodating. Food was good.

This place has gone downhill. The floors are disgusting. Stickiness starts outside on the sidewalk and everything inside is sticky in yet the mats, which feel drenched in soda. The bathroom has one working sink out of the three and that’s in the handicapped stall. Very disappointed and will not be coming back here.

Most tables were dirty, empty used trays left on tables, straws cover in dry tea, ketchup squirted on counter, floor sticky. First time here and not the best reputation for a repeat trip. Not sure why we were given an option to tip as you place your own order, get your own condiments, pick up your meal from people who are hired to prepare your food. Large onion rings wasn't a large portion. Burgers look skimpy from the picture on the order screen. I took pics but don't see a way to post. Bummer.

The worst dining experience we have ever had. I mean just plain awful in every single way possible. I don’t think it’s even worth it to waste any energy to go into detail about what happened tonight at this location. All I can say is that WE WILL ********** N E V E R ********** come here again.

This was a terrible experience every patron waiting over an hour. This location needs to be shut down until you can find people that can run the store properly
This place is a nightmare. More than 50 minutes to get a simple order out. They are short staffed the reason. I don’t doubt that. Close the drive through or the dining area to manage demand.

Got a darn good burger with fries. Everything was cooked to order with fresh meat. The fries were so hot I had to wait for them to cool a little before i could eat them. The star of the meal at least for me was the shake. The price was only about a dollar more than a typical fast food restaurant but was waaaay better. But this is NOT fast food. Expect about 10 or so minutes for your food to be ready.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s always a 20 minute wait if not longer I DoorDash to pick up orders here never have I once got one order on time. I usually don’t get to pick up the orders here cause they never give it to me I will never shop for myself here. I barely pick up orders for DoorDash here because of the service is terrible
