Can’t get items right, can’t seem to put items in the bag even though they SWEAR it’s in there, etc. Now the new issue is the menu prices on their website is somehow different than in store pricing by $2-3. Either that or the girl at the register needs to be retrained considering she kept having to ask a manager about items.

I don't like the kiosks. I go to a restaurant, I expect to interact with people. It was all computer activated AND they expected a tip. I won't go there again.

Very disappointed. They have changed their whole business model. It's kiosk based ordering only. There's a QR code based soda dispenser. No refills. The burger was not as good as I remembered from 8-10 years ago.

Pretty damn ridiculous to do a mobile order that has itemized instructions for everything on the order and it still gets screwed up, I picked up my order and asked the manager who gave it to me if he was sure everything was in the bag and correct in which he responded with yes and I trusted him, fast forward to me getting home with my order and realizing that not only did they screw up my order but also screwed up my young daughter’s order and now she’s very upset. Do better Steak ‘n Shake and make this right

Every table was dirty. There was only 1 other customer in restaurant. Milkshakes were delicious
This was my first time at a Steak ‘n Shake & it did not disappoint! I got the garlic burger & it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. All the shakes were delicious, as well, but my favorite was the Reese’s. Highly recommend!

Had me sit at the drive-thru for 15 min. Two cars behing me pulled away. I then decied to go inside just to get a milkshake and the door was locked 20min before close I see someone walking out with a milkshake and the manger proceeds to tell me the machine is down. What a joke!

I love Steak and Shake and I will go back, but they closed 25 minutes early when I tried to go through the drive-thru the other night. It wasn't like I showed up one minute before closing, it was nearly a half hour. Hopefully someone from corporate or management sees this so they can correct the problem of employees closing up early. Great food and I love steak and shake, but this was a frustrating experience

It was hard to tell if this place was even open. The interior wasn't very inviting. We went through the drive-through for milkshakes, which were fantastic.

We thought everything was good. Wish one was a little closer to us. We used the drive thru. Thought the staff was very nice too. And since then have recommended to some people.
