I do not like going to a place where no one is there to greet you! You have to place your order at a kiosk. Tickets print for your drinks. You have to scan that at another counter to get it your drink, then wait for them to call your name when the food is ready. There was no interaction with a person. The person who calls your name walks away!However, the burgers are definitely delicious!So if you want no interaction with anyone and want to do everything yourself, then this is the place for you.

So run down since the hurricane. It's practically self serve with the kiosk and drink station, having to pick up our tray. Bathroom was so dirty. My husband's butter burger was drenched with juices/butter that we had to use three napkins just to sop it up. It dripped all over the place and the bun was completely soggy. Wouldn't want to complain at the time because we were the only ones in there. The shake was delicious and the burgers other than the wetness was good. It's just we probably won't be returning.

Took my granddaughters for a late lunch. The place was empty and it has an automated ordering system. Felt like a ghost town. I think there were a total of 4 employees on shift. The place is not kept clean. The floors felt slippery, I'm assuming with grease because they were not wet. The chairs were sticky, my husband went to the bathroom to get paper towels to wipe them down. He said the bathroom was in bad shape too. Too bad, it used to be a great place to take the family. The kids asked not to return.
