What a delight. We needed treats for an event and I sort of randomly picked Sunny Days. They were great. All of the options for service were easily explained to me.....they showed up as planned, gave treats to the kids of all ages.....and everyone was happy.
Staff were very patient with our child with Autism. They were patient as he tried to touch all the things ? As always, ice cream truck fun was had:)

I visited this place and I had a great experience. great service, great people, great products, and a large variety of ice cream. I tried, and they were amazing. Cakepops are delicious. Highly recommend this nice shop ?
Love the icecream!
Owner is really nice and they have delicious ice cream 100% recommend.
I took my daughter for ice cream while waiting for a movie to start. I purchased a fudge bomb pop and chocolate shake. They charged me $10, then said they did not have that ice cream. I asked for a simple refund for the bomb pop, and they denied me. Furious, I told them to forget the entire order, and I now have to dispute the charge through my bank.I spoke to the owner after the Google response. She was extremely upset and corrected the situation. She was courteous and heartfelt with her business ethics. It was an unfortunate visit I had, but after my conversation with her, I wanted to give this review to them a second chance. Thank you Jennifer
Only had about 5 flavors & mostly were all some sort of chocolate flavor. I got the Mississippi Mud and it was nothing spectacular. Their Chocolate malt is a power form and not very good.
Always happy when a place serves coffee in mid to late afternoon. Love that you use a Keurig meaning freshly made coffee. Delicious! Also the ice cubes in a cold brew coffee interestingly stayed frozened for a while. I’d like to know what’s in those ice cubes…
Got two ice cream bars from this place today. The orange cream-sickle bar was rotten. My girl had to run to the trash to spit it out. I didn’t believe that it could be bad, until I tried it. It was definitely rotten! We immediately walked back to tell the cashier about it. We didn’t ask for a refund but simply asked for an item that was 2$ less to replace it. We were told no and that we would have to purchase another item but would receive a dollar off. UNREAL!!!!! Terrible customer service! And the worst part about it is that the bad orange creamsickles still remain in the freezer box. Do NOT go here!
Great service

Located in the Port Charlotte Town Center Mall near the food court, this delight has a large selection of flavors and servings styles. My friend had a special blend holiday minty flavor ice cream that he greatly enjoyed!
Love this little ice cream shop...quite frankly the only reason the mall is open....hahaha... I know that's a bit of a stretch but honestly....qho really carts for our mall anyway
Charles was very helpful and friendly. I will be back with my family for more ice cream. He was very knowledgeable and let me know that I could rent the ice cream truck for my kids party.
This was such an experience. They only had a couple of flavors available. The ice cream was so hard that the people working couldn't scoop. The manager wouldn't help. She just sat and rolled her eyes. Then they couldn't get the container of "hot fudge" to work. While they were trying to squeeze it, the ice cream was melting. Overall a bad experience. I won't be back
