They need to get in there and do something to help motivate the staff. The night team does not care or they don't have enough people. Waited over 30 min in the drive thru for an online Togo order...what's the point of you can't have it ready in a decent time frame. And the food isn't enjoyable by the time I get it as if it say waiting on something else.

I mean usually it’s decent but they are hit or miss, just went today ordered a Classic Stacker and a Double Taco didn’t get my Classic Stacker even though I said I wanted it around four times. Store wasn’t even busy. Not mad or upset as they didn’t charge me for it, but still come on yo it’s simple.

Between having to come INSIDE to pick up a mobile order ??? And the food being garbage, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I ordered two cheesy bean and rice burritos that were literally ALL beans, and my cheesy fiesta potatoes were cold. Taco shells on the hard tacos we ordered were cracked and thrown in the bag. Only about five minutes elapsed between when we placed the order and when we picked it up. The whole point of making a mobile order is not having to wait in line at the store. Didn’t really feel like dragging my pregnant ass inside so thanks a lot for that.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this experience was too frustrating not to share. The older lady with gray hair working at this Taco Bell completely messed up my order, even though I was very clear and polite about what I wanted. Somehow every single thing came out wrong. It’s one thing to miss a small detail, but to get the entire order wrong. Definitely one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. AND I LOVE TACO BELL

The worst customer service ever is whenever the older white lady manager is on shift. They never check to see what you’re waiting on and I was there for over 30 minutes waiting for a DoorDash order only to be told. They didn’t even have the order on their screen when I finally got someone’s attention

Disappointed!! Ordered 2 chicken quesadillas at the drive thru. Get home and one was missing yet I was charged for two. Not the first time this has happened. Never had this issue at the Kings Highway location.

Went through the drive through. The customer service that was provided by the employee was amazing. She was funny, engaging, and made us all laugh. Been years since I’ve been to a Taco Bell and I’ll be back sooner than later.
