The worst place to eat out, how do you mess up 4/5 items like they wasn’t even close to what I ordered yall are lucky I’ve work 15hrs because I would have yall remake it but also how can a grown ass adult mess this up. I know 14 yrs olds more competent than the employees in this place I wish Taco Bell would force this owner to sell because this is a terrible representation of a good place. Bottom line yall are terrible and should stay off drugs so yall can hear what people are ordering!!!!! How do yall mess it up after making me repeat myself 4 times

At just before 4pm I decided to go to taco bell as it has been quite some time, I wanted to take my time to look at all the new items on the menu. But every 20 seconds I have a new person on the speaker pressuring me to make a decision.... and I even heard another person saying there was a line now..... ok? I'm a customer and should not be treated this way? When I got home my order was wrong as well. I guess theres no reason to return to taco bell. Why when I'm obviously not welcome...sheesh.

I typically try not to bash with such a low rating, but this experience was terrible. Attempted to order through the app for the first time and will never do that again.
Pulled in and my husband went inside to pick it up at the counter. I notice 4 sheriff vehicles block in the entrance and they all went inside. Apparently there were verbal altercation with employees that resulted in a customer calling 911.
As I'm outside waiting on our food I see the drive thru line is moving. The woman on the speaker was quite rude towards everyone, but they moved through at least 12 cars while we waited. Mind you, our order was predicted to be ready in 6 minutes, we arrive 10 minutes after ordering and waited an additional 25 minutes for them to make our order.
Comments from inside staff as to reasoning "manager is in the bathroom throwing up" and "didn't you notice the police were here?" Which might if made sense if I didn't witness the drive thru line moving along no problems.
I get it, Taco Bell, what should I really expect? But PC is my home and that felt very ratchet.

Good and bad.
Bad review: There is a lady who works during the day and is VERY unfriendly. She snatched our card and completely ignored us when we were trying to get her attention about our drink- She even turned up the sound on her headset when we kept saying "excuse me" and turned her back to us. Didn't say anything as our bag was handed to us and we ended up forgetting the drink and had to go inside for it. I understand being busy but we had her multi times on different days and shes the same way.
Good reviews:: We had the new Queso with chipotle sauce- . We asked for no sauce and was told there is no sauce on it just to find out there is. Tyler- was awesome and remade the food with 0 sauce. I told him I didn';t mean to complain i just think its too spicry and he reassured me it was fine and understood.
Tonight we had 3 of the queso and asked sauce on the side. 1 had sauce and all of them hardly had any meat on it. Some even had 0 meat only cheese. Destiny was awesome and took care of remaking it. Loved the night staff.
