Very poor experience, ordered online, billed double. Manager at store informed me I had to come to the store to be issued credit for billing error. Upon visiting store, manager refused to issue credit and insisted I accept more product instead. Owner unavailable and I was told he is "out of the country". Food was OK, but I was billed double and management would not give my money back!

Picked up couple days before holidays. Great as always, really happy I got the boneless since for only two people. Sandwiches for a week afterwards!Parking: No problem with parking, easy in and easy out!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and easy out. Very short wait.

food was great but service was horrible after i ordered and paid online the lady tried to charge me an additional 20 bucks and ask for cash. I have been doing business with honey baked for years this is the 1st time I have had a problem recomend you find another location if you want a ham do not go to Port Charlotte

I ordered a 1/4 ham and when I got there they still had to glaze it .. when I got it home the ham had raw powder glaze all over it and I had to put it in the oven to finish it ... That's the last time I spend $52 on a highly over rated and under serviced ham !!

I placed and paid for an order three weeks before event. When I got to the store my order was not ready. The size ham requested was not there and no Hawaiian rolls. The store was very unorganized and poorly run. The woman working was nice and ended up giving me a bigger ham. Definitely will not be ordering again from this particular store.

Charged upfront, and didn't have what we already paid for when we arrived, upcharged us for a bigger ham than we ordered, and was rude about it. Would get bad rating except that it tasted good, so they earned a few stars for that.

No sense in reserving your ham online and prepaying when they will just sell yours out from under you before you come in and then tell u oh u need to spend more money cause we don't have yours so ur stuck buying bigger than your order

Ordered ham and turkey for xmas Eve dinner and both were fabulous. We had ordered a complete dinner for Thanksgiving that was great but I didn't order until late for Xmas so most of the sides were not available. I have to plan ahead next holiday.
