I don’t know what happened to this place. Last time I came about 4 weeks ago, I stood at the counter and no one acknowledged me for several minutes so I walked out. The girl who waited on me today was there that day counting a register but never said we will be right there or anything. She knew I was there.

I came back today after passing several food places because of time.
The same girl at counter seems annoyed I am even here. I wasn’t finished ordering but she walked away in the middle of it.

My order was incorrect. I say something and accept the black beans are on the tacos instead of on the side as requested. No jalapeños she confirms I wanted. Back to the counter. They seem annoyed I again mention the mistake.

A few years ago this store had happy employees who would gladly take your order and if a mistake was made own it with a smile and apology. Who are these unhappy and annoyed people running the show for customers who are the ones making their paychecks happen? Pathetic.

I just watched 2 ladies walk in and the manager and the two other girls chatting at the counter walked to the back. Didn’t greet them or anything. Another girl came to the counter at least. Unreal. Literally turned their backs to them and walked off. 2:47pm

This is a very consistent location the food is always very good. We enjoy the tacos. Good prices as well.

My husband and I went in for the first time the day before Thanksgiving. We were pleasantly surprised. Kind cashiers and food came out pretty quick. We both had the burrito bowls and it was plenty of food. The highlight was Andrew. (Not sure of his “title”). My husband’s tea was on the verge of sour so I went up to exchange for a soda. (It wasn’t a big deal to us as it was later in the night… it happens). He came up to our table to verify which tea and then he made a fresh batch. We watched him check on tables and refill drinks. It is just refreshing to see young employees who have a great work ethic. We will be back!

My husband and I have been here many times over the last 3 years since moving here. Unfortunately, yesterday we had a not so good experience and we will not be visiting any longer at this location. One of the staff broke a glass bottle yet continued to pour the sauce from that broken glass jar into the sauce container to refill it. She did replace it after my husband said no thanks I won't be having that sauce after all. She then rolled her eyes, denied it stating she just raised her eyebrows and said I'll show you how I roll my eyes. We requested our $ back as we hadn't received our food yet and let the manager know what had happened, and then left.

Lots of fruit Flys in the dining room. Had to keep swatting them away. One couple saw the bugs on their food, they made a big loud scene and demanded a refund and didn't eat and left

Ordered 2 burritos here and drove 20 minutes and came to pick it up but then it gets cancelled!! I purposely Did it on pickup cause i was in a hurry to go somewhere.
