Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Ordered a pesto chicken flat bread and it was all pesto and 3 cubes of chicken… like they dumped a whole jar of pesto in the wrap. Showed it to the blonde girl at the drive thru and told us to just order less pesto next time… like that was a normal amount they put on it and didn’t offer to comp my wrap I had to buy to replace it. Absolutely disgusting and rude. Never coming for food again.

11 dollars for basically a taquito.

Ordered through the Drive thru on my way home and ordered 3 double meat super green caesar chicken wraps for my husband, daughter and I. Get home and this is what we get. Definitely not double meat! Paid $48 for these and two smoothies. Absolutely crazy how much of a rip off this is. Very disappointing!

There is someone who works there that is amazing. His name is Robert. I don’t know if he is a Manager or not, but he should be. Wonderful service. The food here is always top notch, which is why I always go back.

Less than 1 if possible. Marissa The so-called manager is worthless and will not help you, but walk away from you when there’s an issue. I highly recommend nobody going to this location. They blame you if everything is not made to quality standards.

Visited for a smoothie and gift card. Fast and friendly service.

Blaise and his coworker worked diligently during a Friday 8:00 a.m. breakfast rush. They were completely professional and offered great customer service. The reason for this one star is that there was no manager present and no support for these two co-workers. They were SO busy and even had another irate customer come in because she couldn't order her side. Hard working people deserve to be supported and these two employees deserve better. Do better tropical smoothie management and franchise owner.
