I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this situation needed to be shared. I went through the drive-through and ordered a breakfast sandwich. When I received it, the sandwich was cold. I wasn’t asking for a full replacement—just for it to be warmed in the microwave because I was in a hurry.
What I witnessed, however, was very concerning. The employee placed my sandwich directly in the microwave without using a liner or any gloves, then took it out with the same hand she had been handling money at the drive-through. She also didn’t use any covering for the sandwich while microwaving it.
This kind of handling is unsanitary and raises serious food safety concerns. Proper hygiene and food safety are critical to prevent foodborne illness, and this experience was disappointing and off-putting. I likely will not be returning to this location.

Great deal on $1 biscuit breakfast sandwich. Just love them. Chicken biscuit with honey butter is the best deal . So delicious sweet juicy and very satisfying .

The establishment was very clean, and the atmosphere was great. We had an awesome experience. The manager was very friendly to customers and the staff, which was great to see and hear. I would definitely recommend this Wendy's restaurant.

11/26/24 ordered through door dash. My food was good but the Jr frosty had a piece of metal in it! I almost swallowed it.

So the drive thru register goes down... 3 cars ahead of me in line... 2 leave because they can't Take the odor and ring it up at one of the front registers as they are only using 14 walking customers and the other one unused... The manager explained to me that logistically.They would have to walk from the register to the window.And they would lose time like customers.Time is not valuable either.Obviously customers aren't valuable because they lost customers. I don't know who's logical since that was.But when I went inside and asked why that was the case the two females working behind the counter could only roll the rise in disgust of my suggestion for them to walk ten steps. If I didn't have to pick up a frosty for my elderly friend as I promised I would not have patronized the business and definitely will not in the future.

Second, I get to the window because I have a free ten price nugget and a free fry because it’s Friday, they tell me they can’t do it, so I asked if they could scan on the other one and she said no because she would have to re apple my entire order. So I didn’t get points or my free nugget or fry. Third, the service was not good they seemed very unhappy to be there. Fourth, we get the food.. I got the wrong favor saucy nugs and they were cold. Which was extremely annoying because the food didn’t taste horrible but it was cold and wrong flavor. Fifth, we got the Lanny patty meal and with that comes the pineapple frosty. Which was just vanilla with pineapple at the bottom. I know Wendy’s isn’t good to begin with but I was extremely dissatisfied.

Tonight I witnessed while in the drive through the manager MIKE in charge treat all the employees with absolutely disgusting attitudes an disrespect! The employee at the window asked how to do something so she did it correctly an he gave a her a horrible attitude! Along with nastyy attitude an comments to other employees! I want the world to see how this guy truly was ! And he doesn't deserve to be a manager in any form!
