Two weeks ago this would have been 5 Stars but the night manager Mike wouldn't help people that couldn't order through the kiosk because they needed a little help. I know the people that needed help and they spend between $60 and $70 every week at Wendy's. They left last night without ordering anything at Wendy's and went to Dairy Queen. I'm sure Dave Thomas wouldn't let anyone treat his customers with so much disrespect that they prefer the customer leave instead of spending two minutes with them to help with their order. The drive through guy with a du rag on is rude and constantly ask if your done yet and I was onky ordering my first meal of 3. Second time “Armani” has done this. This kid should not be working with a customer service job with an attitude like that l. I would understand if I went there at 1 am but it was 6 pm. Of course the whole order was wrong because of him rushing us.

Been there once and they made me have faith in American fast food, Micheal was awesome and kind. He keeps the place nice and tight for a fast food place. I usually avoid fast food, but when I do, I would expect for this kind of level of service and food. I was impressed. Keep up the good job.

The cashier forced me to order on their kiosk. There were 2 older ladies at the cash register already and I told cashier I would just wait for them to be done. She proceeded to tell me again that I needed to order from the kiosk and at this point I asked why and all she kept saying was I needed to order at the kiosk. Again I said to her but you haven’t explained why. She showed me a sign by the register that said to order at kiosk. I ended up walking out. If you can’t have at least one person taking orders then I do not want to eat there. Bring back customer service!

This place is bringing back the standard for fast food. Not only did I get my food in less than 2 minutes by fries were cooked perfectly and piping hot. I chicken sandwich was cooked to perfection and very juicy also not dripping in mayonnaise like most fast food places usually do nowadays. Keep up the great work!

The salads are nice. The baked potatoes however you would like adding some of your favorite toppings. I dont know any other fast food that offers baked potatoes as a side.

I went suddenly for me and my friend and got 2 444s - The customer service was awesome, the manager was very kind and friendly and the food was delicious. It felt cozy (to me) and I was just left with a smile after taking off. Thank you guys for the experience and the food

Manager kept rushing to take order when going through drive through. Once received drinks one was incorrect even though receipt reflected what was asked for. No straws were given for 3 drinks. Only received BBQ sauce even though asked for other sauces. Second time having this happen with same manager present. Please slow down and this could be avoided
