Argento's Italian Bistro

Went to Argentos today for our favorite lasagna. Very little meat, almost no mozzarella cheese. After “shrinking” in the past few months, it was even smaller today and the price has gone up. Not happy about this.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now this place is the best around. The food is delicious. The prices are very good and the service is very good. Very pleased. Every time I come I have a very good experience. My family loves coming here. Thank you Argento’s for awesome Italian food

My husband and I happened to be in the neighborhood, and decided to make a quick stop in for a couple cookies for the drive home. The rainbow cookies, and chocolate dip sprinkle raspberry cookies were so fresh, soft and delicious. I also got two raspberry rugelach cookies to try, but I felt they were just a tad dry and hard. But the flavor was there. My only regret was not taking more of the rainbow cookies and chocolate dip sprinkle raspberry cookies home. Their cannolis looked so filled and delicious, that on my next neighborhood trip I'll be stopping by to bring home some goodies. All the bakery goods looked so good, and the smell of the food cooking , is definitely going to me us take a seat for dinner too! A beautiful place too.

Ordered the pasta fagioli soup. Soup was hot but not well made. Broth consisted of the liquid from the can of beans. Hardly any vegetables other than beans and no fresh herbs. Should be a hearty tomato based soup. Shrimp parmigiana were good! Bakery items always good. Bussers observed hiding in side stations and eating very unprofessional. Server very personable.

Their chicken picatta is the best I’ve had since living in Chicago near ‘Little Italy’.

Absolutely delicious. The portions were more than generous. Can't wait to go back.

Great food, reasonable prices, and the waitress we had was great! I don't remember her name but she said to ask for the crazy woman from Jersey!!
