My dad flew down from Tennessee last week and before he went home he wanted to eat breakfast at Bob Evans well we did. The food was great but the first cup of coffee was cold and I didn't really like our waitress since of humor. My dad felt like she was rude maybe she thought we were tourists and would never see us again. I did as well, especially when she asked me if I wanted more coffee and I said no and her reply was well why not don't you want to pe pe all the way home. I don't know we didn't like those comments it's hard to explain but it wasn't a pleasant experience with the waitress.

I have checked out a lot of the restaurants in Old 19 in Pasco County.... I like Bob Evans for the fresh food and how clean it is in this restaurant, the food was great the waitress was very accommodating and attentive which is hard to find these days. I go there now, once or twice a month....

Ordered the Thanksgiving meal to take to my parents home. What a disappointing decision that turned out to be. First of all, they told me the wrong time to pick up the food. Must have been a sign to go elsewhere. Anyways, got to the parents with the food. Expecting a great meal, wrong. The corn was hard with pieces of cob in it, the green beans had stems in it, the dressing was dry. The worst part was the Pumpkin pie wasn't cooked. Besides that the Turkey and Ham were good. Thanks Bob Evans, but I won't be partaking of your services anymore.

Very delicious, I enjoyed my pot roast,soup,rolls and pie!
Extremely disappointed ☹️ I ordered for pick up at 10am for pick up at 12:30 and didn’t get my food until 2:00. They told my husband when we went to pick up they weren't putting in orders for pick up until you arrived but they didn’t advertise that on the phone and my family’s thanksgiving was put on hold and all I ordered was gravy... Will never do business with this place again.

Cassidy took my call to set up our women's group Thanksgiving gathering. There were 21 of us. All tables were ready. Jess was our waitress and had waters with bowls of lemons on the tables before I could get the request out of my mouth. It was like she was reading my mind. Menus were placed before arrival also. She provided service the entire night. The other staff helped deliver all our meals, but Jess was amazing the entire night. She handled all our needs without a grimace. Never did she sigh. Even when 3 more showed up after orders were taken and apps were getting delivered without an RSVP. I waitressed many years ago. It's hard. Really hard more so now to keep up with most customers needs. Jess thank you for an amazing service and great holiday meal from the chefs and staff. We look forward to enjoying another meal for our Christmas party in December. Yes it's on their calendar and we hope to get Jess and her supporting team again. Keep that spirit Jess. It's hard to find great service these days. You are worth your weight in gold.

FIVE STARS ⭐️ TO THE TEAM!
I placed a to go order today around 6:30 for a family of 4. When I called Booby took my order, and was super pleasant. When we arrived Bobby greeted us and we paid. To go orders were going out left and right👏🏻. My name was called and she said two bags for you. We took the bags over to the bench and looked quickly and everything seemed to be there. 😁. When we got home everything WAS there, everything even all of the stuff was packed hot and cold( all hot food in one bag vs cold sides, salad, and condiments). Wowzers. Everything was done right and I can’t say thank you enough. When a lot of local places often are not as wonderful with to go orders, you Bob Evens and team are on it! 👏🏻☀️🌻. Fresh and delicious too. Super happy mom here tonight with happy teens and full bellies. 🌻

I went here with my family for my dad's birthday dinner. We ordered our drinks. My mom got a Pepsi, my dad and sister got sweet teas, and I myself got a lemonade. My mom's Pepsi was completely flat and bitter, and the sweet tea was practically flavorless. We told our server, his name was Dave, and he told us the Pepsi was straight from the bottle. But he grabbed us a new one and brought it back. It was still pretty awful. However, we decided the drinks were enough of an indicator for what the food would be like, so we decided not to chance it. We asked for our check and left. However, I'd like to say that Dave was great to us during our short visit. He was kind and polite regardless of the situation. Thank you Dave!
