The food is excellent -- BEST omelettes around - and the best servers as well....Julie & Angie deserve awards. Manager Chris was superb from customer side but I hear he's gone so now?? Someone on staff apparently didn't like an award given to them to honour the staff from a customer who passed away so award was taken away & no longer able to be seen.....upsetting & disappointing but??

They are understaffed. The server that waited on us this morning wasn't particularly friendly and you could tell she was stressed. She had the whole side of the restaurant we were sitting on. She couldn't keep up with our coffee refills at all. When they delivered the food finally my husband's sausage was burned but the worst part is the kids meal plate was super hot! The fruit had a rotten grape in it when I showed the server she just shrugged her shoulders and went about her business. When I talk to the manager at the end of the visit and explain to her what had happened after we had paid and tipped. She didn't seem to care. I said if this is your standard of service why should we come back she had nothing to say. If this is their standard of service I don't recommend going to this Bob Evans!

Food was uncooked burger looked and tasted like it was microwaved service was slow she stood and talked to her friends and didn't serve and when she did it was cold bathroom stinks I ended up throwing up because of food whatever you do don't come here unless you want to puke

Food was awsome, and Server very polite and kept checking on how we were doing. Asking if we needed any thing else. Lunch was very good. Food was hot and freshly made .Parking: Handicap was right up front.

Best Breakfast... eggs cook exactly how I asked. Mimosa was good too.

We decided to give it a try. We were promptly seated and drink orders were taken and served. We ordered and shortly after my wife's rolls were brought out she unrolled her silverware and was promptly greeted to something bug green and yellow with hair on it on both forks... opened my and something yellow and peppery looking on both forks. Will not be back

Went in for a late 2 pm lunch. There was only one woman serving everyone but she was busting it with a smile. By herself waiting on 12 tables while I was there. Management, you need to keep enough staff on hand so you don't chase off your hard workers.
